Stefanie is the owner operator. Very professional, attentive and knowledgeable in her profession. Highly recommended If you’re looking for a solid gym in the Delmar/Albany area. 24 hour key fob access for members. Very clean well care for and updated gym.

This facility has good energy and a positive vibe. There are lots of choices for clean equipment, whether you are "doing your own thing" or joining a class. Stephanie is very attentive and dedicated to her clients' well-being. She meets you where you are and helps you improve yourself.

My experience at Inferno has been out of this world awesome. I've had the opportunity to work out here and learn so much from each of the trainers as well as get to know them personally. Firstly, the gym is clean and they have a variety of equipment. They put a lot of effort into making the gym a great atmosphere and they have succeeded. Secondly, the owners Stephanie and Michael are intelligent and professional. They know what they're doing. When they program they take into consideration their clients and past workouts so the classes continue to be fun and challenging. Lastly, the people who work here are sincere. They care about their people. The community is wonderful, almost instantly you can see the friendships that have grown and thrived in this gym. I love this place and would recommend it to anyone no matter their level or knowledge of exercise. You will grow here and learn. With the security of knowing the trainers are top notch, and with the variety of classes that Inferno provides, there is no doubt that you will succeed at and enjoy this gym!

I've been going to Inferno for a year and a half, and it's a very special place. It feels like a community. Steph and Mike are both nice and knowledgable, and they really care about helping their clients reach their fitness goals. If you're looking for the right gym, I'd recommend it highly.

I cannot say enough good things about this gym. There are planned workouts everyday, which are fantastic, and it is also fully equipped with cardio machines, weights and a sauna. More so, the owner Stephanie is incredible. The attention she gives each client is game changing, it’s like having a personal trainer. I cannot say enough good things about this gym.

I love this gym. I lost over 100lbs in 4 months with diet and this Gym. The owners are hands on and very knowledgeable. Lots of friendly people. Clean with great equipment. I’d give it 10 stars if I could.

Inferno is a well equipped and motivating environment to work out it. Steph and Michael are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and will capably assist in goal development. I greatly enjoy being a member here, and focus on kettlebell routines, which is my choice.

Simply a perfect gym. Your level doesn't matter as long as you are into it (and probably if you aren't, but in that case why bother?). Stephanie motivates and LISTENS which really matters; and she knows what she is doing. Best in the area for sure.

By far, the best place ever! I am a complete newbie in every aspect and Stephanie has been absolutely incredible. She is patient, knowledgeable, funny, and one of the nicest people ever. I have learned more from her in such a short amount of time than anywhere else. She explains every exercise, tells you what it does for your body, shows the correct way to do everything, and makes sure you grasp it (even if it takes you forever). She cares about every single person and it is clear she wants everyone to succeed. Michael is also super knowledgeable and helpful. Everyone that I’ve met that comes here has been so, so nice and willing to help. This is the first place I’ve felt comfortable at and have actually looked forward to going to. I cannot recommend this place enough!
