What a great Inn!
Very clean spacious room.
Staff very very friendly.
Eat at the restaurant on site or enjoy many of the other local spots nearby!

First of all MIKE S.at Valet was INCREDIBLE. I stayed here for my wedding over the weekend and in the short amount of time I spent here Mike became my favorite person to work here. From unloading my bags and parking my car to offer help bring me to my hotel room with my new wife because I got too drunk at the hotel bar. Mike will forever be a favorite memory and a favorite part of my wedding weekend. Along with Mike the bartender Manuel was FANTASTIC! It wasn’t planned to go back to the hotel with some wedding guests but we did and Manuel pulled through. He made great drinks and it was great service. Everyone else was very sweet that I spoke with as well. Overall I am so pleased staying here and this will be my first choice if I have to stay in the area.

I went to a wedding at the great neck. The wedding was great, and so was the stay. The staff was friendly and the front desk agents always had a smile on their face. The piano in the lobby truly added to the ambiance, and I played beautiful music on that piano. If you play piano, I recommend staying at the inn at great neck. Hey Siri end review Siri end review

My stay at the Great Neck Inn is one for the books! It was truly not what I was expecting, and I WILL be there again. I repeat, I WILL be there again. The hotel rooms were to die for, and the restaurant in the lobby was, for a lack of a better term, amazeballs. Don't get me wrong, there was one downfall.that I didn't get to stay there longer rofl! But lastly, I want to talk about the amazing, extraordinary, and unforgettable treatment I received from the staff. Carmen and I bonded in a way that I didn't know I could with a cleaning lady. Nick was a shining star and was there when I needed him. Felix was one of the best bartenders I have ever met. Lastly, I can't forget about Paul. Paul is a class act. I could truly see how much he enjoys his job and reflected so on the rest of the staff.

Stayed here for a work trip this past week. Overall a good hotel. There was some issues with the heating but it was fixed eventually. It is a nice area as well.

My stay at the Inn at Great Neck was amazing! I stayed at the Inn for two nights while taking a mini vacation from work. The staff was so personable and very helpful. They were patient with all of my many requests, and accommodated me as best they could! The rooms were beautiful and very clean! I will definitely return soon!

I recently stayed at this Hotel last minute and boy can I say this was truly one of the BEST hotels in Long Island. Everyone was so accommodating and the location has about everything around the corner. My favorite staff member was Paul! He truly loves what he does. However, when I would sit and drink my cup of coffee, there was an older woman in a wheel chair that just stared at me. Paul reassured me and let me know that she was an angel who came to the hotel every year to donate socks. Lovely woman! Enjoyed every aspect of my stay. 100% recommend.

I’m beyond angry that I am even required to gift this hotel one star. My husband and I stayed here the second week of September as part of a room block for our friends wedding. Mind you, EVERYONE that came to this wedding stayed at their hotel, so they brought a ton of business in to this establishment. The disappointment started from the first night with poor customer service while at the bar. A single White Russian cost $17 (yep, that’s right) and it took forever to get the bartender that night to take my order even though there were about ten people at the bar. The rooms and common areas were average in terms of cleanliness and could definitely improve as the hotel felt a little dingy overall. The problems continued the next day when the rehearsal dinner was scheduled. The food took an hour to come out and was cold, and subpar to say the least. The portions were laughable and they wouldn’t even bring our table more bread. The next morning I went to request a bucket of ice from concierge who spent 15 mins attempting to retrieve a single customers car (he got the wrong keys twice) instead of first helping me with a 30 second task. However, the customer service problems don’t end here: when checking out we were asked about our stay and I told the receptionist that frankly it was not great. Their response was “I’m sorry to hear that. ” No inquiry as to why, no desire to know how they failed, and no desire to make things right. After the failed rehearsal dinner the couple approached management and were greeted with a lackluster attempt at customer service. The GM Nick Horn has refused to take any responsibility for his business’s shortcomings on all fronts and has even gone as far as threatening customers to remove their reviews. This wedding brought in THOUSANDS of dollars of revenue in one weekend and the GM has refused to accommodate the couple for the failures that occurred during their guests stay. In addition to these issues some guests were also charged for nights they did not even stay, noise complaints were ignored, issues regarding the lack of quality of service for the rehearsal dinner were ignored, issues regarding staffs unwillingness to assist guests were ignored … I can go on but I think you all get it by now. Literally, stay ANYWHERE but this place. Follow the negative reviews and save yourself the headache. I have travelled the world and this goes down as the worst service I’ve ever experienced outside of the Omni in New Orleans; management and the Best Western group should be ashamed.

My stay was wonderful. The food was very good and there was great hospitality while I was there. I would definitely recommend staying here. It's perfect for any type of stay

It indicates online it is a 4-star hotel. I can only rate it a 3 stars according to the settings and services. We reserved this place months ago for a wedding, and the bride told us that the hotel agreed to let us check in earlier. We arrived at around 10 am, but we were told that no room was ready. The lady in the front desk seemed to impatient to answer our questions (NY style?). After we came back from a lunch, no room was still ready. We had to get to a place in Queen by 3: 30 pm. We were tired and agitated! Finally, the manager (if he was) gave us a room and we were able to get ready for the dinner. Fortunately, we only stayed two nights. I don’t think we will come back.
To the owner: Thanks for the rationale. You are always right.

This is not a four star hotel at all the workers there are not professional at all many problems happens with and we are not having only one room we booked eight rooms as we are having a wedding problems starts from the check in the charges us by mistake for different rooms and they told us that the money will be refunded and it takes from four to five days nooooooo refund and we have to pay for the other room which is from the beginning their mistake
Coming to the housekeeping imagine they go and clean the room after we left a note that we have stuff for the bride and the groom in the front office not letting anyone go to their room the housekeeping go and I see her in the room asking where is the stuff she told me no stuff only GARBAGE I look in the garage bad I find all my brother and his bride in the garbage bad the wedding veil the wedding suit a dyson hair blower box their wedding shoes their wedding cards everything in the garbage can u imagine I ask for the manager she sent me the valet parking guy which is very aggressive keep screaming and he is a s if a street guy wants a fight and he ends fighting with by brother punching him first twice it ends up with a big fight and police came oh my god don’t go to this hotel they will steel ur money no experience with the guests at all they even don’t say sorry to us and to money refunded till today

My stay was really nice, breakfast at the restaurant was included and it was one of the best breakfast, bagels were delicious, eggs, bacon sausage. Coffe was really good and excellent service

The service was terrible. The AC didn't work. We were never informed of services offered. Way too expensive and no parking and had to ask for more towels etc. Staff wasn't friendly except for one doorman and one concierge. Just terrible.

The staff was extremely helpful and kind. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The prices were excellent. I will definitely be staying here again and recommend it for anyone who needs a quiet place to stay.

As always, Inn at Great Neck provides a warm and welcoming atmosphere and a very accommodating staff.

The restaurant is surprisingly wonderful with a very contemporary menu, fresh and tasty cuisine and top-rate service.

I could not have had a nicer stay!

We had a meeting there for the US Merchant Marine Academy and I didn't stay in their rooms but this looked really clean and very centrally located.

Great neck is a very cute town. The hotel was decent, but we did have a few staff interactions that made us feel like we weren't the priority. Did and drink service was slow.
