In the 10 months time I have been dealing with Matthew Pope from inside global he have been great he is patient, respectful, very professional quick to respond to emails. Whatever problem or technical issues I may have, he is also very accommodating I couldn’t ask for a better recruiter I highly recommend working with Matthew Pope and insight global they are the best!

I left more than one message and never received a follow up call. I worked through this company during the pandemic at NY Presbyterian Hospital and now hospital wants me back there and I can not get in touch with anyone. Very unprofessional.

According to them, if you cannot immediately give references (before the interview), you are not a "quality candidate":) So, give them your friends' phone #s, just to get to the interview.

Be prepared to lie, brush up on your buzz words. They favor buzz words over substance. Despite this, I still got the interview and the job.
Instead of resenting this, if you can take advantage of this, it's easy to get the chattering recruiters to just get to the interview and not annoy you with their nonsense.

Worked with Avianna P during my first experience being contacted by Insight Global for a job opportunity. I felt my time was valued and when meetings were scheduled she attented them. Communication was prompt and i enjoyed the experience.

The next experience I had was with someone else, and went poorly. They reached out to me for a position they thought I was suited for. We set up a time to discuss the position. 1 hour before the meeting the recruiter rescheduled. Things happen, I understand, so we set another time for a meeting. The next meeting never took place as scheduled, and there was no communication from the recruiter to let me know why. Essentially I was "ghosted".

Takeaways from this experience: Recruiters are entry level employees with little to no barriers for entry. So some will be great and others.meh. Account managers are probably a reflection of their directs.

After trying a few other Staffing companies, I was comfortable with Insight Global landing my next IT position. They were always in communication with me regarding all the new leads and opportunities.

Unprofessional, unqualified, uneducated, un-everything. Worst recruiting agency in the city, perhaps even this earth. They spam you with nonsense and then on the off chance that something clicks, they never get back to you. Avoid like the plague

Worst place to work. They tell you they have work then they Stone Wall you or tell you that the job is closed. Not very professional. There are better places to work, skip this place they will waste your time and money. Which is the opposite of what a job suppose to do.

I have been working with Insight Global for two months now and the experience has been extremely satisfying and pleasant. The recruiters are proactive, friendly and care about finding the right projects for their candidates. I highly recommend Insight Global to all aspiring/experienced consultants who are seeking fulfilling job opportunities while having an incredible support system to work with!
