Insperity, Jericho NY

Insperity was sold as best in class services and web site for our company employees. We found their web site to be confusing and major problems for our employees. The individual who handled our account was very nice but unable to provide the change what we asked for. In the end we found their software to be below poor and there lack of ability to generate some reports as needed for employment filings. We were previously with Oasis and ADP and found them both to be more user friendly and more adept to fixing any issues that arose Everything at Insperity had to go to a committee which made all dealings very frustrating. I would find another PEO that is more user friendly.
