Unfortunately the option for Zero stars is non-existent. This public healthcare facility has degraded the Quality of Living Standards on our block. Patients linger and loiter in front of all the residential buildings making it very difficult to make your way into your own residences. Female commuters walking through this block to the train can't even get by without being harassed. ICL patrons and employees constantly smoke in front of the buildings where children live. We have made numerous attempts to put an end to these behaviors, even talking to the management at the ICL has not yielded any results. Most of the employees are very kind and respectful, but there are some that decide to smoke nearby the residences even after several requests to not do so. If your employees don't respect our wishes, how can we expect your patrons to do so.

They won't smoke in front of their own building. I wonder why? They also won't take their smoking around the corner to Atlantic Ave, where there is minimal foot traffic.

Now we have marijuana, k2 and cigarette smoking patients loitering all on our block. Enraged patrons screaming, threatening and cursing erratically at all times of the day. Can't even take the kids outside to play anymore. What used to be a quiet block in Cypress Hills is now a riff raff save haven.this is ridiculous.

Let's see if our local politicians have anything to say about this during our next board meeting. If this isn't resolve asap we will be opening up a formal complaint with the 75th Precinct and take this to court.
