Interphysio has attempted to match a STAFF Physical Therapist to my organization multiple times. I gave them several chances to source a professional. Their systems for getting the candidate to speak to the owner or manager is ardous slow and takes weeks. Arlene Denemark is great she moves fast to find A CANDIDATE that "MAY BE A CULTURE FIT" but their systems for understanding what the EMPLOYER and EMPLOYEE want are terrible. TWICE I "trained and spent time and money on their "excited candiates" and TWICE I got screwed with a bill training a B level player. I would not recommend this staffing agency to my competitors as well thats how bad they source the RIGHT person. The TEAM at interphysio are professional but have NO CLUE how to connect an outpatient PT to an OUTPATIENT clinic
