The doctor I had was worthless. He didn't even do an exam at all. Came in asked me how I was doing and told me I had to go to PT which I already do. Don't recommend going there again.

They dont take care of disability paperwork.as needed for people to survive. Doctors are great xray staff treat u like a factory and talk your business in public. The woman taking care of paperwork for your lively hood could care less

I would never go back to see Dr. Chibu again. I only see Drs I can trust and you definitely cabt trust him. To long for me to get into he knows what he did.

I've been having hand and wrist pains for awhile. I went in this morning and I didn't feel well because I'm on new meds. The nursing staff was nice, I wish I could say the same about Dr Mark. He comes into my room with this whole "cool doctor" attitude while talking 100 miles per hour as if he is trying to shoo me away as quick as possible. He refers me to a different doctor as quick as possible and straight up tells me that if they don't find anything I have to deal with the pain or find a new job. Doctor Mark is the one that should find a new job.

I have to say I was treated very good by all of the staff. PA Scott is awesome and really knows what hes doing and talking about. Dr. Ritting is by far the best doctor I have ever had! I wish he could be my dr for everything other than just ortho. He was very informative when explaining my ailments. Before surgery and after surgery he was there to tell me all the info I needed to hear. He even called me the night after surgery to check on me! I've never had a dr do that and yet to hear of a dr doing it for anybody else. He truly cares about his patients! I highly recommend iOS and especially Dr. Ritting.

I am amazed at the reviews I just read. I began going to the Geneva Office about 1 year ago, and have always come away, impressed by many things. First, the Receptionists have been very cordial and helpful. Second, I have NEVER had to wait more than 3 minutes. (Unlike the Clifton Springs Office, where the wait was 30 minutes or more and the people not very friendly.) Third, the nurses, and the PA's showed true interest and were very helpful. The first one that comes to mind, is Patrick Dineen. He was wonderful and spent as much time as necessary. The guy that takes the x-rays was very professional and good natured.

I saved the BEST for last. DR. GUY KLEIN is more than awesome! He just replaced my knee February 25th, using the new Anterior Approach, and it truly was a rewarding experience. DR. Klein is a hands on DR. He talked to me and my husband several times before the surgery, and came by to check on me several times a day while I was in the hospital. He's very easy to talk with, to share our concerns with, and has made himself totally available to me ever since. Yesterday, was 4 weeks and I'm walking, going up and down stairs, etc. I have been off any type of Opioid for a week now and doing great. I can't say enough good things about him. DR. KLEIN specializes in Hip and Knee replacements.

10 STARS for DR. KLEIN, and thanks for a perfect new hip.

The worst. Would have been better off driving 2 hours home with a broken arm. Sour phone receptionist was exceptionally rude and disrespectful. Left me in a locked brace for NINE WEEKS to punish me for missing an appointment. No doctor is worth this or the physical therapy i now need. Found out the victor office she refused to refer me to had availability now im talking to a lawyer. Out of towners not welcome.

The worse orthopedic center.it's crazy, the Doctor's are Great, it's the people that hust work there. Now the one one Pre-Emtion Rd. Don't let these idiots operator on you. Go to Rochester where these idiots learned from. Finger lakes Orthopedics is not for surgery. EXCEPT DR. RITTING, I think, the one that does Elbows, the Best, other then that Go to a bigger city where are he better Doctor's are at. Had back surhsur, Dr Whitbeck, the best, was the teacher to Dr Wong, don't like her, but back and lower extremities, GO TO ROCHESTER OR SYRACUSE, but not here

I had been coming to the office for a while and receiving cortisone shots in my back. On multiple occasions I stated it fealt like my lung was being punctured, my doctor laught off my complaint as though i wasn't really having any issues. The pain was terrible and I often couldn't breathe well after the shots, this would last for days! It wasn't until I ended up in the emergency room being admitted and needing a chest tube put in that anyone listened to my complaint! Later I was released and my lung collapsed again because of this! I was told by a pulmonologist that he's pretty sure my lung was being slightly collapsed every time I complained of my breathing and and fealt as I explained to him with all of my symptoms, it basically would heal itself! The last time it collapsed so much that I could have died and there would have been no way i could have recovered from that one on my own! I suggest everyone be very careful because the doctor didn't seem to care and couldn't offer any help when this happened. He acted as if this was not a big deal and got into a verbal argument with my ER doctor on the phone because he couldn't believe what he was hearing.

Went to the office on three different occasions, saw Dr. Wong once for less than 30 seconds. I only got face time with her various PAs. Still in pain.
