I was relocated to the US by the company where I work, a relocation company recommended me IAS to support me getting a car during my relocation. I made a deposit for a car end of July, the company promised me a delivery date of September 20th, then it was moved to end of October, mid of November and today I still don't know when I will receive the car. In the meantime I am paying for a rented car without any chance of refund. Worst experience for my first car in US.

I recently made my third automobile purchase from IAS, and had excellent experiences with IAS previously. This time, however, I responded to a special promotional offer of a 7 yr/75,000 mile extended warranty. They've been stringing me along now for 4-1/2 months, saying it's in the mail, etc. When I first asked for the warranty information, they responded that it wouldn't be available until ten weeks after purchase. After ten weeks passed, the deception and evasion started. I learned that an extended warranty company called Endurance did open a file for my vehicle, apparently at IAS's prompting, but IAS never actually paid for the warranty. I'm not saying don't do business with IAS, but be aware that they are unlikely to honor a promise of an extended warranty.

We were moving overseas, clueless about how hard could be to start credit to get a nice car on a new country, we started the conversation with International AutoSource about 2 month before we moved, the sales representative was very gentle and kind to provide all the options we wanted to consider, but we put it on hold, once we hit the ground we went to several dealerships in person and tried to do it on our own, but International Autosource was the right option from the beginning, I wish we didn't waste our time (and thousands of dollars renting a car for 3 months) by ordering our car with International AutoSource BEFORE coming to the States. We just got our car a week ago, and is more than what we were expecting to get, definitely competitive pricing (trust me we did a lot of research), they have the best rates for foreign professionals with no credit. We are going to custom-order a second car in a few months. Thank you Douglas.

We were advised to use International Auto Source by a friend that moved to the USA. A credit score is a huge thing in the United States.we did not realize the gravity of not having one until we tried to rent a home, apply for credit cards, TV and Mobile phones.

Not having the items above is one thing, but not being able to get around and drive to meetings for clients and visit friends would have been disastrous. People coming for the first time to US get struggling getting basic things such as place to live or vehicle as we are new and we don't have credit history. International Autosource is willing to help all foreigners with an acceptable rates and alternatives credits/loan to start your life. I was very grateful when I was connected to Auto source international. I started communicating with Mathew while back in Africa, kenya. He gave me a variety of cars to select. He helped me choose a car that was favorable for the weather conditions in the state where I was to settle. Through Mathew, I got updates throughout the process while awaiting my car. Felt a very warm welcome when looking for my new car in the forecourt, wasn't pressured into feeling 'I needed' to buy the car but was very helpful with finding out the information and services offered on it by IAS. IAS had done an amazing job! Agent Matthew was extremely responsive to our queries. Having a car is really helpful here in the US especially that Princeton city does not have an Uber services.
