I don’t understand why they continue to leave my mother unattended and without assistance on the weekends! I’ve had more than 5-6weekends already on and off of my mother being left alone without a call or without any type of replacement for her! This is UNACCEPTABLE and dangerous to her well being as she is not in any condition to be left alone! This company is going to be hearing from Elderplan and the city of Ny for negligence if anything happens to my mother!

If I could give International Home Care Services more than a 5-star rating, I would without a doubt! As one thing that I would like to point out because it really was important, International Home Care was extremely helpful! They help their clients feel so important and will work with you to accommodate your schedule! The staff is extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and professional. Would recommend it to anyone!

International Home Care Services is one of the most caring and professional home care services that is out there. I will highly recommend International Home Care for so many reasons. First reason for helping me find the perfect care giver for my mom. Not to mention their staff is super friendly and very professional. Great customer service. 24 hours live operating system. If you are looking to hire any agency don’t think just call them and they will assist you from A to Z. They will make sure your loved ones are loved and safe.

Best experience! Been searching for an agency that would meet all my needs. They were able to find someone that spoke Spanish for my grandmother and were easy to work with. Def recommend!
