WORST SCHOOL POSSIBLLEEE! I went here 9th grade and while I was attending this school there was no P. E class or electives. Just academics. I'm a senior now. And now I have to make up P. E credits and elective credits in order to graduate. There was constant work from 7: 30am all the way to 4: 30 pm with only a 30 min lunch break. In science class there was projects almost every week and the teachers were sometimes unprofessional, often favoriting some students over the others. The only thing that kept my mentally sane was the guidance councilor.

If I could give this zero starts I would, this school is not for children. If you really love your child, don't send them here. They keep us for hella long hours for no reason and its mad boring. There is also ridiculous rules to follow. This school is something different. Also the food sucks and they need real chefs. Its straight up work for 10 hours. This school feels like your working at a factory.

This school is good in terms of work and academics, but other than that it strips away creativity from the students. Its very strict and there are no extra curricular actives, there's not even a gym. It is constant working with little amounts of break, only having 30 minutes for lunch while staying in the school until 4: 30 pm on most days. The students don't get an educational and also fun high school experience all in one like everyone else, its just work 24/7! It's stressful doing all that work with nothing such as an art class, gym, any kind of sports, any clubs, etc. A lot of the staff are nice and friendly such as miss Gonzales and the guidance councilors and so on, but there are a lot of staff that are difficult and annoying and can be rude sometimes. The school is pretty safe because bags are checked and students are put through metal detectors before entering the school. A lot of the times the food tastes like plastic as if its non edible.

This place is horrible. Multiple staff and students tested positive within the past couple of weeks and the school remained opened. Teachers are amazing but get fired for the most littlest things. School lunches are horrible and are a health hazard to our safety. Take this yogurt for example. This was taken on October 30th 2020 at approximately 1: 07 PM (labeled at the top). As you can see very clearly, the yogurts best by date is on October 22nd. This is not the first time this school has given expired food to students. I’ve noticed this multiple times throughout the time I’ve spent at this school so far. Do not send your students to this school.

The faculty and staff are welcoming and most kind. The kids are greeted warmly each morning with a smile and the day ends the same! The school is working hard to accommodate for in school and virtual learning students. Parents are welcome to participate and there are many opportunities for the community to learn together!

Working at ILCHS has been a pleasure. School is family oriented and welcomes and supports students of all cultures.

The school is not as bad as many of the comments make it out to be. Yes, the school has its issue but compared to many other schools it not that bad, there are teachers that go the extra mile to make sure that there student is will taken care of and that they are properly prepared for the next grade and college. The way that the school has handled the reopening after months has been amazing, there are no more then 10 students per class and with the teacher there’s max 11 people in a room at a single time. They check your temperature and are following procedures making sure that everyone is safe.

The school has had multiple teachers being fired or quitting and it's only been 2 months of school. There is no AP or honors at this school and no extra curricular activities at this school either and they check you with mental detectors which takes a long time, there are no breaks at all. And some of the staff are rude to students and teachers.

Its too strict, no gym or extra curriculum, when you enter the school they check your bag and check you with mental detectors which takes a long time but it can be understandable at times, no breaks, and some of the staff are rude to students and teachers.

School is sad, recently heard of students being forced of voting 5 stars. How twee that you can't even have anyone write anything positive unless you force them to. Honestly.schools are really there to teach professionalism, This school does the opposite. So next time actually get real reviews. And don't be sad and force students to write 5 star reviews. No wonder why its 3 stars. Don't worry you'll get there one day. (Probably not.) afterall you only care about stars on a screen and not your own students. Go ahead and try to "witch-hunt" me I'm somewhere in the school. You can only ignore me, but you cannot silence me. You just need to learn to accept it, Children.

My experience during my 4 years in this school was great because I was able to expand my learning. Also during my 4 years I was able to prepare for college in the best way.
