Boiler out at Church older model Hart Crouse Bill was very good found issues in wiring and corrected. Boiler working as it should.

I had a technician come to the house to perform maintenance as well as to address a zone valve issue. The rech was at the house wandering around clearly confused for awhile before starting. The tech was in the home for less than one hour left and came back for about 30 min. I was given an itemized bill that included over 3 hours of labor. The bill was $1000. The heat still did not work after he left and I had to call another company that fixed the issue for 150. I called to dispute the bill and was not satisfied with the response. I would not recommend this company and will never call them again.

I would highly recommend Joe to do your repairs on your fireplace insert. He was highly professional and knowledgeable. After 5 years of attempts by repairmen to get my "new" fireplace insert to work past the moment the repair person was in my home, He finally diagnosed the issues and it now is a beautiful working fireplace that i have been waiting to use for 5 years. Thanks and GREAT job!

I reached out to Interstate for a gas leak and had someone at my house a few hours later. The tech was friendly, courteous and most importantly, knowledgeable. The issue was handle within an hour. I highly recommend them.

This is a warning to any service techs that will be working in the ALBANY area if they re-open the branch. I was a service tech for this company and not an installer. Yet my second day, I was doing an install in the rain which was not really a big deal except for the fact that I was extremely sore because I had retired almost 9 months prior. After that, they took it easy on me until I had to do another install with a new guy. Both of us are 60+ years old. Well the next day, the other guy didn't show up so they closed the Albany branch so I'm out of a job because of someone else. I've been asking for my paystubs for several weeks now and I still haven't seen them. Plus now I can't confirm my pay was correct because I am almost positive that I didn't get paid my overtime. There was no training for their system (FieldEdge) and for the American Home Shield. We also had to find our own place to get rid of the old equipment and trash from a job site.
Good luck to the future techs

Had an urgent issue with a steam boiler. Tyler arrived in less than 2 hours, fixed it and explained to me what happened. Terrific and efficient.

Interstate is wildly dishonest and unprofessional. They installed a brand new AC, and hours later water was pouring through my ceiling - ruining the walls and ceiling in the bedroom below. To their credit, Interstate admitted this was entirely their fault and they sent someone back to properly install their unit, and to survey the damage. For months they said they would send someone to repair their damage.but never did. Finally they told me to find someone on my own, and that they would send a check to cover the repairs. Once I finally found someone (wasn't easy), Interstate then completely changed course and said they will not send a check for repairs.and instead claimed they recently hired someone new who will fix their extensive damage. This has gone on almost 6 months. I will gladly delete this message if/when they honor what they told me and pay to have THEIR damage repaired. They are simply stringing me along - I issue strong caution to anyone considering Interstate.

Interstate Heating and Cooling has been great to work with! Tyler did my initial inspection, and Michael and JP did my furnace replacement. The technicians were great, I’m happy with the work they performed, and working with the office has been easy. My only suggestion is for the technicians to wear booties to cover their shoes, as I don’t like shoes in my house and on my rugs. Wearing those shows a lot of respect and is very professional when entering someone’s home. If they had worn them, I would have definitely given 5 stars! Thank you!
