3Took my Kimber in for warranty work. Was told Kimber wouldn't warranty the front sight falling off and that I would have to pay to ship it to them. They fixed it themselves and charged me $40. I got curious and called Kimber myself. Kimber said it should have been sent to them and it was under warranty and 100% covered. Filed a complaint with Kimber about this dealer and highly recommend finding someone else that doesn't lie to you about warranty work!
Went in for snap caps a long time ago and was surprised by how friendly the staff were. Ended up going back to get some pepper gel, and once again, the staff were unbelievably friendly. Not many gun shops offer the kindness I got here. This is undoubtedly the shop to go to.
Great customer service; made multiple purchases. All the staff is helpful, approachable and accommodating. Don't drive by, drop in and give them a look.
