The staff is very rude and the men’s section was closed. Had called and inquired, was informed that it would open within 2 days.on reaching the store the staff was very blunt and said it would open after 2 weeks.

I Love Intimissimi!
I've been purchasing underwear from them since 2008 in Florence and Venice Italy which I'm still wearing! The best quality, designs and lovely sales help. Everyone is happy!
Worst customer service.all sales ladies are standing and chatting even me and my friend got into store.they didn't even say hi to the customers.
The store is very small. It lacks lots of sizes and and models. The shop assistants were not very helpful. The guy who assisted me had no clue what I am talking about saying that one bra fits me better in one model and one size but different than the other model of the same size. And when I asked him to try a different model he brought to me a totally different size and could understand why it won’t fit me. ️
I ended up ordering online. The quality of the bras was okay. They are soft and nice for the touch but I am not sure that they will list long.
