This garage is a total rip-off and I would never park here or at another iPark facility. My daughter prepaid for parking and arrived at the time she said and was turned away as the garage was full. Not only was she turned away, but she was screamed at and cursed at by garage personnel. No one should frequent an iPark facility if this is how customers are treated. And of course, calls to Customer Service have gone unanswered. Park anywhere else but here!

Parking attendants do not know how to mind there business. They seem to think they are a neighborhood watch for activity going on that has nothing to do with the garage.

Good and safe parking space. Staff are courteous and the facility is clean. Unlike other garages, the cars aren’t packed like sardines so I left my car with a big sigh of relief. Got back after a couple of hours, paid, and was out in minutes. Seamless experience.

Taking your car. Look it over for scratches and dents. Great.
Getting your car. Seats (NOT TALKING ABOUT DRIVER SIDE) MOVED, STUFF LOOK LIKE PEOPLE GOING THRU IT.
SMELLS LIKE SOMEONE SMOKING CIGARETTES AND POT.
LIKE ANYONE WHO PARK THERE TO ANSWER IF YOU SMELL THE SAME THINGS I SMELL.

Reserved a slot through Spot Hero and they charged extra for being on time! They manipulate their clock and claim the car was checked in earlier than scheduled time, and charged $13 extra. The parking attendant won’t give the key when the car is literally next to the register. He said “you are not the only one who experience this. We get this complain ALL THE TIME”. When I called to speak to the manager the day after, without listening, he was talking over me the whole time, and hung up on me! Absolutely worst unethical business practice, understood given the attitude of the manager who over sees the operation. I’ve used this place all the time, and never coming back.
