WORST AND SLOWEST. Once you park monthly. They never get your car on time. You can call ahead but they’ll be half hour late always. Worst!

0/5 Stars. Overpriced and rude workers. Save your money by taking Uber/Lyft, you might also save money for damages to your car and time wasted dealing with rude workers barking at customers.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Do NOT leave your car here under any circumstances. The staff is incredibly rude, verbally abusive, and scams you of your money. They charged an extra $50 at the end because of a mistake on their end, and threatened to sue us when we tried to argue against it. Horrific company and deserves to be shut down immediately.

I would give them 0 stars if I could it said 21 dollars a hour but we bought 5 min and they charged us 50 dollars its not fair its a money stealer DONT GO HERE

The manager and parking attendants are incredibly nice, careful and quick…
They make parking there a pleasure!

I’m a monthly parking customer. Every time it takes 5-15 minutes to put car in or retrieve my car.

If I could, I would rate 0 stars. They broke the gear knob off my car and refused to pay for the damage. The garage never sent the claim to their corporate office; I had to text a photo of the claim form and the damage, with the estimate from my dealer's service department, to be told that it was "pre-existing" because there was the manufacturer's glue still on the knob! Worse is that I was with someone when this happened, my contemporary reaction (full of high pitched, shrill expletives at everyone there and their mothers) would indicate that this was not "pre-existing, " and also, common sense: if it was broken, wouldn't the valet ask how to shift (see photo of how without the knob it is incredibly difficult to shift into gear) ? The claims department did not bother to do any investigation at all into what happened.

Yes, I broke my car, decided to pin it on a garage, and then went through the hassle of documenting, numerous follow-ups with my insurance and the garage, and getting a quote from my service department. Good job, Sherlock! You cracked that case! Now give me my $784!

Employees here are running a side scam where they charge $20 extra for SUVs when people who book through phone apps. They then claim that their card readers are broken and only accept cash. They then pocket this $20 because it is not recorded anywhere in their system.

They ask me pay cash and you need pay more money for two hours. I just parking two hours normally you pay $23.5 but the guy ask me $50 for two hours so it is very bad for Manhattan

Do not go here and avoid at all costs. I just got my new car a few weeks ago and they scratched it up (driver’s side). Unfortunately, I didn’t realize this until I got home but it’s clear as day that this happened in their garage and never bothered to tell me about it. If I could give them 0 stars, I would.

Rude and horrible service! They wrecked my car, tried to pass it off as if nothing happened, then got upset with me for wanting to fill out an incident report. If you care for your car, avoid this garage!
