Ipek's La Bella Pizzeria, East Greenbush NY

Service is always friendly and efficient. I order take out as I work nearby. Everything is made to order and done exceptionally well. The menu is extensive, but my absolute go to almost every time is the Stromboli. Highly recommend.

Ordered two times via slice app here. Both times had issues. First time they didn't notice order so i had to wait for them to make it when i got there at done time. Second time i ordered special and was called to be told thats only available from 9 to 2 or something and had to cancel. Won't be going here ever again.

I ordered food from here and they were supposed to deliver it when I realized it was about a half of an hour late I called and they told me that they do not have a delivery driver available and I can come pick it up. This is very poor service and such an inconvenience.

We go here quite often and it is consistently (important, CONSISTENTLY) extremely good. Places seem to go up and down around this town; not this one. Delivery or pickup is pleasant and on time. Highly Recommend.

Ordered for delivery. This is the second time order was not correct. The order was for boneless wings got bone in. We were never asked how many just assumed the amount. Also ordered small order of potato skins and got large. Very disappointed

Pizza was just ok and the guy taking my order on the phone (lunch hour) was very rude. Also when I picked up my pizza no one had masks on.

Mushrooms on pizza should be cooked. Bread too thin for toppings on their special veggie pizza. Soggy bread. If you are choosing to send a text rather than come to door when delivering make sure number given is a texting number not a landline. Some people still go the old fashion way. This is not the LaBella i grew up on. I wish the name wasn't the same.

After ordering almost $100 of food we received half of our order on time. When stating they forgot our two pizzas the driver returned to the restaurant. After 10 minutes he brought us our supreme pizza, forgetting our cheese. As members of our group have dietary issues they could not eat this pizza. Another 30 minutes passed and we received our final pizza. When calling the restaurant during our waiting periods the driver was blamed and we were hung up on several times. I will never eat from this restaurant again even if I was paid to.

Refused to honor a gift certificate for delivery when I live literally 2 minutes down the road, I was excited to try a new place but I won’t be ordering from here ever I will stick to manor house where the service is perfect and staff is friendly.

Prices went up and quality went way down. I used to order a pizza every Friday. Never again. Barely any sauce on my pizza so l asked the following week for extra sauce so they made the pizza the same way then dumped a jar full of sauce all over the whole pizza. It looked like soup! Disgusting!

Bad service meaning that they didnt give a bag for the browanie I got and cheesecake he just standed there and said all set. I need to remind you that it was raining out. Delicious food but horrible service!

This place is the local standard for East Greenbush. I'd say it's a dead heat between La Bella and Manor House. Only, Manor House has been slipping as of late and La Bella is getting better. Last couple of times I got pizza there, they knocked it out of the park. I'd recommend anyone to make this your usual joint.

Was the best piece of pizza I'd ever tasted yesterday! Fresh out of the oven; thin, crispy crust and extra cheese.mmm mmm goood!

If you want good food at good prices labella's is the place to satisfy your hunger. The employees are always friendly. They go out of their way to make you happy. You got to try them they're great

Amazing pizza. First time buyer went simple grabbed a large cheese. And wings. Pizza was done to perfection, crisp and soft and wings are among the best ive had. I recommend eating here food is worth while at a fair price.

Ordered a calzone. Disgusting. Way to much cheese and hardly any pepperoni. Could not eat it. Had to throw it out. Way too much cheese and under cooked

Pizza is great and service is super friendly! The Buffalo chicken wings were perfectly cooked too. I highly recommend LaBella to everyone!
