She gave me the most thorough exam I have ever had. My son will be making an appointment with her. I would recommend her to anyone. Very pleased.

Do not go here. Only go here if you have hours to wait around for the doctor to finally see you. I finally walked out after my eyes were dilated and has been waiting. Since the person that was 3 ahead of me had already been waiting for an hour an half and I didn’t have another 45 minutes to wait, I left. This doctor does not value her patient’s time and obviously has zero consideration for patients. The ladies at the front desk, however, are very lovely and helpful.

Dr. Magramm is the absolute best. No other words!
She performed my strabismus surgery 15 years ago & It is still perfect and aligned! My eye exams are comprehensive, and every visit I am more than grateful doctors like her exist. I traveled from Queens to see her.
She is caring, and an absolutely brilliant doctor. Her bedside manner is always more than welcoming despite my 101 questions. To be honest If she never even asked me how I’m doing during my visit I would be okay with that- just knowing my eyes are in her hands. Her intentions are to make sure your eyes are as perfect as she can get them! She remembers every patient and their exams. You are not just a visit to her.
I was in & out in an hour. The front desk was even reasonable with me being late.
Grateful for my experience & SIGHTMD is truly lucky to have someone like Dr. Magramm in their office:)

The doctor and staff are great. The reason I can’t give a full five stars is because of the call center line. You can never talk into the office, you are bounced around and it takes forever to make an appointment.
When I got to the office my daughters name was spelled incorrectly (first and last) even though I spelled it several times through out the call. After I left I realized I needed a note for her school and three days later I am still waiting for that note. It’s very frustrating that you can’t speak with the office you went too after you leave. My mistake for forgetting about it when I was there but I did call immediately after I left which was late morning. I think that the call negative experience I’ve had from the call center has taken aways from the great experience I had at the office.
I was lucky and had one person that was super helpful yesterday about one of my daughters prescriptions that wasn’t correct. She went above and beyond, even called the pharmacy to rectify the error, I really appreciated her help. It’s not always bad when you call it it seems to be the luck of the draw.

Office clean and bright. Staff pleasant and professional. I waited approximately 15 minutes to be seen. Dr. Magramm was thorough and explained things completely. I have medical knowledge, so I was able to keep up with her explanations, however someone else might have needed more information. She spent an adequate amount of time with me. Overall, very pleased with appointment and will refer friends to office.

Terrible doctor with absolutely zero bedside manner. I drove 50 minutes after a two month wait to see this lady and she was so rude to both myself and my 2.5 yr old son. He has a hard time with doctors and I made sure to tell them so, and when he was crying she sat there staring blankly at him with this horrible look of hatred on her face. This woman should absolutely not be working in pediatric eye care. She grabbed herself a tissue but couldn’t offer me one and made me feel like I was stupid the entire appointment. I told them that my son is in early intervention and speech and she proceeded to ask me when he “stopped progressing. ” WHAT? ! My child never stopped progressing? This old bag needs to retire she is so ignorant and rude and I let her know how I felt before we left. At the end of the appointment she completely turned her back to me and began speaking with her nurse who also didn’t bother to introduce herself when coming into the room. I had to ask if I was done with the appointment. She was absolutely rotten I cannot say enough about how bad of a doctor she was. I’m now going to get a second opinion because her eye exam concluded nothing is wrong when myself and several others have seen there could be. Waste of time DO NOT GO HERE. Not to mention after bringing us into the room with the nurse to see the doctor they sent me back out to my car to wait an additional 20 minutes before she would come in the room and see us.
