Iron Health Ardsley

Over the course of several years, I had been grappling with persistent tightness in my left thigh and, more recently, lower back pain. Despite being out of network with my insurance, I decided to take advantage of a free consultation session with JT. To say that my experience was positive would be an understatement. The session exuded professionalism, yet it was also relaxed and warm. JT attentively listened to my story, conducted a thorough evaluation of my physical condition, and provided guidance on specific activities to address my concerns. Remarkably, the session was offered at no cost, and I left with a wealth of information to actively work on my problem from home.

Since then, diligently following JT's advice and incorporating the prescribed exercises into my daily routine has yielded immediate improvements. It feels as though he resolved the issue without any financial burden. Reflecting on this, I regret not seeking assistance sooner. While I may explore short-term options with an in-network therapist for financial considerations, if that doesn't prove effective, I would undoubtedly return to JT for his invaluable expertise.

First stop for anyone that's broken, better stop if you want to stay healthy, active and prevent injury. Iron Health created the ideal environment for health and wellness. I've spent time there post surgery and post injury, but the most valuable of visits is to focus on balance, strength and avoiding repetitive stress from all manner of running and boxing. I do NOT not how to do anything in moderation, which the team recognized in minute 1. Maria, David, JT, Joe and all involved are deeply invested in the success and health of their patients. It's clear from that their relationship with patients and the community that they truly get it.

I am so grateful that the first place I called for PT didn’t answer the phone, but Iron Health did. I really got lucky. I had ACL reconstruction and they helped me get my mobility and my life back.
The staff have a great dynamic with one another and they are always
encouraging to the patients. I have been working with JT for over a year now, and he is a true champion of positivity and hard work. So happy with him! A big shout out to Alexa too!

J. T is my physical therapist, and he is AMAZING! I am 12, and he is so great! He has such a great positive attitude and him and I have developed such a good relationship. Big shoutout to Alexa, she is also working while I am there, and just from being in the same room we have also developed a nice bond. I have only been there for a month or two, but already have I felt stronger and have strengthen the muscles I injured. Definitely recommend Iron Health to people of all ages, injuries, and needs!

Alexa is an amazing physical therapist. She is very knowledgeable, caring and loves what she does. I couldn’t ask for a better physical therapist. But all the therapists here are top notch. I highly recommend the Ardsley location. It’s exceptional in every way and I am in the health field.

David at Iron Health was incredibly focused on my concerns and how to effectively address them. After our sessions were completed I felt prepared to move on with a solid grasp of helpful exercises and stretches.

Highly recommend this place for physical therapy. I felt the benefit right after one session. Also it’s 1*1 which gives you full attention from the therapist. TJ is amazing and I feel my back is much stronger in just a few weeks.

We love Iron Health! My son has been coming here for his knee pain and JT has helped him to reduce his pain and get back to Jiu Jitsu. The entire staff has been helpful and friendly with scheduling, and the other PTs are great!

I am grateful to JT at Ardsley Iron Health for getting me back in shape, again and again. As an aging former runner and physician who strives to stay in shape for my physical well being and mental health, it is clear to me that JT is a knowledgeable diagnostician who can design a safe and sensible rehabilitation plan tailored to me and my needs, and help see it through. We first worked together last year after I sprained and fractured my ankle-I honestly don't even know which ankle it was now, it's as good as new. Then he helped me get back to running, after a large disc herniation. So when I had a new disc herniation a couple of months ago, I returned and he got me patched up. It's great to know that he's there to help me out to push past each temporary setback. Odds are, I'll be needing PT again. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I have been going to Iron Health for the past 6 months for neck and back pain due to herniated discs. I can't say enough good things about JT. He comes up different exercises for me to do depending on what area I need to focus on that day. He has pushed me to gradually add intensity to the exercises to improve my quality of life. I appreciate the knowledge, professionalism, and good attitude he brings everyday. I would definitely recommend Iron Health.

Alexa was wonderful. She took time helping me do my exercises properly and is kind. If I had any questions, she would answer them. Everyone here was kind as well.

Alexa Gama helped me with my knee pain by doing activities that strengthened my upper legs, as well as other areas. I am done with PT and am now climbing stairs comfortably. What a relief!

Iron Health works magic! I worked with Jade and Alexa and both were amazing PTs. My back pain is finally gone! The staff working at the front desk are also very helpful!
