Irondequoit Bay Outlet Pier and Beach, Rochester NY

I love this place. Sometimes I go there to watch the sky at night hopefully catching an aurora.

It's beautiful. And it's a much shorter walk than it looks like online. I somehow got the impression that there was a trail near the bay, not just the pier and small beach area. Still a nice walk on a nice day with my feet in the water.

Beautiful part of lake ontario! I had no idea this lake could have such clear water! Much quieter than durand and charlotte

Nice, secluded beach that includes a pier that overlooks lake ontario, that is located right next to Bill Gray's and other great food options for a great sunset watching spot. Very difficult parking on busy nights though and lots of boats and other watercraft as it primarily a boating area.
