I would give 5 stars but there’s one nurse whose always very rude, other then that the front desk staff are soooo nice! The other nurses we love so much! But the main reason this place is amazing is DR. Gajdek! She is the best doctor ever, my son isn’t always happy at the doctors but he loves her, we get through an exam no problems he is always super excited to see her! She has amazing energy, and listens to all my concerns, she also is very attentive to my baby! She’s so friendly, she has such a positive energy to her and I wish I found her right away when my baby was born! She would get 10/10 stars! Best doctor there is!

We've been going to Dr. Bennett since our child was born 11 years ago. I've never been pleased but kept going for consistency. In 11 years, I've been betrayed by him because I don't do what HE wants me to do or raise him the way he wants me to raise him. My son has special needs but it's almost as though he doesn't understand that. Please don't waste your time or money here. I shouldn't be made to feel like a bad mother when I do and provide everything for my child. I'm not a bad parent but I feel like one when I go.

I’m so grateful for finding irondeqoit pediatrics while I was pregnant! They have exceeded my expectations with my now 4 month old. All of the doctors are so nice, same goes for the nurses and rest of the staff. Their online portal is also immensely helpful as a first time mom who worries about almost everything.

I could not be happier with Irondequoit Pediatrics. I am so glad we found them! They always get us in right away and respond to messages so quickly! Dr Bennett is incredible, but we have been happy with all other doctors in the practice as well!

My family has had great experiences with this practice. Been going here since 2015 and it was recommended to us by (more than one) family member who have been with them for 20+years. The Drs are very knowledgeable and easy to talk with. They provide on call services and amazing hours. Anytime of day or night, you can reach out and will, at the least, get a call back. I personally have never experienced anything the negative reviews have reported. Not that they aren't being truthful, just have not been through that. I recommend this practice to other families

I can’t say anything bad about this place! Everyone is so friendly and attentive to our needs. I don’t feel rushed with visits for any of my 3 girls. They all show compassion and truly care about their patients. I highly recommend.

Not a good Dr's office. I brought my daughter in with a throat infection and fever after 12 days of illness. They refused to write her a prescription for the throat infection and wanted her to get blood work instead, when clearly it was tonsillitis (this is one of several occasions). I called the office and the office manager proceed to tell me the protocol and she is NOT a doctor, nor did a second Dr in the office call me to discuss. She pushed me off the phone and was rude. The Dr that didn't want to write an antibiotic called me back and talked down to me very rude and unprofessionally like ego was more important than my daughter's illness, in her attempt to be rock headed, my daughter lay crying and couldn't eat food or swallow. Very uncaring. She insisted blood work would tell her if there was a bacterial throat infection (after 10 days of viral?) cmon not rocket science plus blood takes 3-5 days for results. I took my daughter the next day to ear nose and throat specialist who shook his head and wondered why they refused to treat her, said they should have written her a script for antibiotics and said blood work was unnecessary. Within in 1.5 days she was extremely better, no pain. Bottom line, don't wait around for incompetency for 2weeks, these folks can weigh you and take your temp and that is it. No expertise or knowledge. Go right to the specialist if you start getting horsed around with the not wanting to treat an infection with antibiotics.the one star is cause I had to, side note Dr Campbell, who is relatively new to this office from Rochester General, is brilliant if you can get his time. I am getting her out asap, worst pediatrics and I have children whom are 29 years old. Rochester General Peds was the best should have stayed there. It's November and I'm editing my initial review. Even after the sappy response below, they cut my daughter as a patient immediately after my initial post above. Don't waste your time w this office, they refuse to treat with antibiotics and will leave your kid ill for weeks and weeks, then cut you as a patient when you call them out on thier neglect to care for a sick kid. Stay clear of this place they don't know a serious infection when its stearing them in the face aka white pockets on the throat, chronic fever.over 12 days, with all due respect shove that blood work policy up your arse. I never heard of such monkey business.

I have been with this practice since Dr. Taylor was here.she has since moved on it's been almost 21 years and 3 locations later I'm still so happy to know that everyone in this group is kind and takes the time to support my now teen and young adult child. Thank you IP for all your hard work and care especially during this time!
