Irving Farm New York reviews
20The coffee is okay. The croissants are best in the morning (I suppose). I got one in the afternoon and it wasn't best quality. However, beautiful aesthetic place in a great location.
Nice place but no wifi is a deal-breaker for a coffee shop for me. It's just something you'd expect them to have
I always choose this place for the reason that I love reading books over a cup of coffee. This is the best spot for me. They have a friendly and accommodating staff to assist you whenever you wanted to try different flavors in a day and they would also suggest beautiful books to read. I really loved this place!
What a cute place with super nice people. Have only had coffee there, I really like it but giving it a 4-star because my wife is not a fan, it is too strong & bitter for her taste. But if you are into the strong stuff you will love it.and the food looks good too.
My bf and i used to come here every morning until they refused service without a mask after NYC removed the mask mandate. It was a blessing in disguise because we started going to Daily Provisions around the corner instead and they are AWESOME! Food, coffee, service all way better. Go to Daily P!
I bought my coffee and waited inside the shop for the rain to pass. However, the people in the store told me, and two other persons also waiting for the rain to pass, to leave, because we are not allowed to stay in the store. All three of us were wearing our masks. I should point out that usually there is huge queue of more than ten people inside the store, so I don't understand why only three people sitting next to the door maintaing social distancing can cause such a problem.
Good coffee and a fun place to hang pre-Covid and all, but especially want to give a shout out to Stan who was working behind the counter today. There were tons of customers and he was working all alone. Nevertheless, he gave his all and was as friendly as can be the entire time. Kudos to him, and for Irving Farm for hiring a great one. (Also, this is the og Irving Farm. It doesn’t get better than this one!)
The coffee is wonderful, the folks behind the bar are super friendly. The staff was generally helpful, and one day I was gifted a complimentary danish for having to wait so long.
Food was good. They used a lot of ingredients I've never heard before. But it seemed like they're making something simple sound fancy and over complicated to justify the price.
I thanked you for serving me with a very tasty coffee. This coffee flavor is my number one favorite, and I was so happy that you got my taste, guys. I like the place because it was so peaceful and cozy. If you care about the tasty coffee and wonderful place, I can recommend this coffee shop to you. Truly impressive!
The vibe of this place is just wonderful and you can't go wrong with your drink choice. The rose latte is light and delicious, the hazelnut latte yum yum, and the chai latte is reminiscent of rice pudding.
One of my favorite neighborhood coffee shops in NYC!
This outpost of Irving Farm is down the block from Gramercy Park and boasts a lovely selection of pastries and a few heartier meals as well. The espresso is made perfectly, my go to is a cappuccino, and their cold brew on tap is great too.
Pre-COVID this was a great spot to bring a book and settle into a chair indoors. During COVID, you can still grab a little table outside. If you want to keep it movin’ grab your drink of choice and head a couple blocks north for a walk around Gramercy Park - literally around it (vs.inside) since it’s one of New York’s only private parks and requires a key to get in. Still with the walk though to peek in and get a glimpse of the Calder sculpture on the Park’s east side!
Good coffee and clean establishment. There are some small tables for seating two or three people. Sandwiches and drinks are available as well.
Friendly staff, good selection of food. Excellent coffee and atmosphere. Sadly no dine in! I hope i could order and dine soon
I have been in this coffee shop several times and I can recommend them highly for working and chilling out. The staff was always friendly and helpful. They have a strong wi-fi connection which makes me stay longer. Suggestions, best spot to go is upstairs, they have a cozy and beautiful terrace. This is a perfect venue for a get-together. Highly recommended!
We went here for breakfast. The croissants were passable but not great. Coffee was ok. Friendly staff.
Good coffee. Freindly service but Limited due to COVID. At this time they have some outdoor seating space. Restrooms are closed.
Wonderful little coffee shop in Gramercy with Excellent coffee! Also, a great perk of having a punch card which leads to a free coffee. Support your local coffee shops!
Coffee is tasty and cheaper than other places on the West Side, there is plenty of parking in the lot on the corner of Pacific and Centinela, and there is so much space inside to work. The atmosphere is perfect for getting work done - everyone seems to come here with that intention. I love that the space is so expansive. I can find a new nook every time I come here. And as other people have said, the service is excellent.
There coffee is super tasty. I now keep whole beans at home from them to grind. Rich flavor, not too bitter.
