Brain came to determine the issues with our Hot Water Heater, and upon inspection it was determined that the unit would have to be replaced. He made the calls necessary to take the next steps. He also took the time to insure that we would continue to have hot water until they could come out to chat about replacement.

We are very happy with the Mitsubishi heat pump.it has worked problem free for a year now. Two gents came out to service the device. They cleaned exterior unit and interior filters as well as providing great advice for use and future care.

I’m pleased with the service personnel but frustrated with the system. I think we started on this project about 3 years ago and so far have had it work for 1 season

Steve and Brian were excellent very professional. They told me what was wrong with my system and how I could replace it or repair it. I’d recommend Isaac to anybody that has apartment buildings or rental property or personal property. Isaac was great. Noah was very professional and worked diligently. He uncovered a small gas leek and stayed to fix it during a snow storm. Very happy with his work.

Service Rep Noah, discussed each task performed. He replaced a thermostat and explained the process to set heat, date & time.
A sample of the heating fluid was taken to test its temperature level. My contract was updated to include all four control units. Isaac has serving my two heating systems for several years and each service rep is very knowledgeable.

Highly recommend service tech John Allen. He spent a very difficult day repairing issues with my furnace that had been neglected for a number of years. Very professional, answers any questions that i had, and fixed the problem where others had failed.

I have used Isaac previously and have always been very pleased with their responsiveness and service. This visit was to do first yearly service on my electric water heater which I purchased from them last February and to sign up for their Gold Care Club service plan. I am familiar with Gold Care Club having had it on prior heating equipment and had been very satisfied with the coverage, benefits and cost so I asked about coverage for this hot water tank as well. Jake answered my questions thoroughly and was prompt, professional and respectful of my property.

ISSAC's technician Noah was courteous, informative, pleasant and very knowledgeable. He was exactly on time and conducted his work efficiently and thoroughly. Obviously he is a well-trained, talented young man who wants to do the best work possible!

Called for estimate on a new furnace. Project manager gave me an appointment, called me before the appointment to let me know he was on his way, and be there by his appointment time. He took the time to educate me on different products, and what needed to be done, answered all my questions. I had 5 more estimates. These other companies didn't take the time to explain what they were doing and why. On install day again I received a phone call letting me know they were on their way and when to expect them. Gregg showed up with a team of two other guys. They all were very professional, tidy, answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. They did an amazing job! Honesty, integrity and follow through that's what I got! Highly recommended! Thanks guys!

This is the 2nd time now issac has left me hanging with no heat. Called the 24/7 help line to be told they couldn’t accept any calls at this time. Paid extra to belong to their so called gold plan for 24/7 help after the first go around and did not benefit me one bit. Very disappointed with them and will be looking for help elsewhere from here on out.

Repair was done on the afternoon of Friday, Oct. 21st, 2022, and as if 11: 30 AM on Monday, Oct, 24th, the warranty-covered repair appears to have been successful. The tankless hot water heater and the natural gas furnace share a vent pipe for condensate; this vent pipe had been leaking since the connection of the hot water heater to this vent pipe had been made on Oct. 11th. Attached photo shows hose used as drain from hot water heater before connection to vent pipe, (in lower tight portion of photo).

Boiler system needed repair, called Isaac H&A, John arrived and went right to work and he was very thorough and explained to me everything he was doing and checking. I explained that I didn't know anything about the boiler system as we just purchased the home. John was very detailed and professional.

I called them and with 3 days they have came out and gave us an estimate in less than 24 hours. We also called and got a work order to do yearly maint they same day recalled. Unlike other heating companies within a 30 mile radius.
