We called Isaac heating last night and gave them a full description of the job we needed done. They quoted us $500 which seamed high, but ok we were fine with that. The worker showed up today unprepared for the job. After looking at our issue he told us that he had to go buy parts. He left, came back with the WRONG parts and told us that he could call on a part but JUST TO MAKE the PHONE CALL would cost an additional $140. We said no to that as he had completely wasted our time (my wife called into work to make this appointment). He then charged us $200 just for showing up. So to surmise a guy shows up to my house not ready to work, orders wrong parts, tries to charge me $140 to call and get me a part number and when we say no he charges us $200. I just paid $200 for this company to completely wast my entire morning. There are much better options out there. Avoid this company!

After designing the new system, Isaac converted my large family room, large kitchen, and three bathrooms from baseboard hot water heat to in-floor hot water radiant heat. I deeply regret it. The system rarely raises the heat above 66 or 67 degrees, and I now have to use electric space heaters to supplement it. Isaac has been out many times - sometimes purportedly finding defects not covered by warranty, and at other times conceding that the problem was covered. The rest of the house that still has the old system is fine. I'm giving up. Next winter, I will likely re-install the hot water baseboard heaters to supplement or replace the new radiant heating system. I would discourage consumers from using Isaac for radiant heating.

We have used Issac for many services and have never had a bad experience. The saying is true that you get what you pay for. We tried using handymen and other contractors and had horrible experiences. Issac’s customer service is superior, they’re always polite, professional and timely. They stand by their work and do a great job every time.

I highly recommend using Issac for anyone in need. We won’t call anyone else for our home needs!

Of all times for the furnace to stop working, during a cold snow storm is not it. It was late at night when I called the company and spoke with their answering service. Within 15 minutes a company Rep called me back and arranged to have their on-call technician come to the house. Theresa made it through the snow and quickly determined what the issue was. Fortunately she had the part on the truck and quickly replaced it. Heat restored. Thanks Terry for the quick, professional service.

In the market for a new heating and cooling system. I set up a estimate with Issac with the appointment being 830am. 830-850-915 etc came and went with no representative. I received a text at 920am (nearly an hour after scheduled apt) saying they were running behind. To me, it was a sign! Unreliable in my book.

The service tech was prompt courteous and I believe did a good job. I do think the pricing is high. I called Isaac because they had installed my furnace and A/C in the past. I paid $119 for the cleaning and check up. I had a competitor offer to do the same for free just one week prior. I declined and stayed with Isaac. Also, the Isaac tech found a very small gas leak. He quoted me $150 to do a repair that involved backing off one union and one 8" pipe and resealing them. I think that's wrong. I was loyal and I don't think they treated me as such.

All of my experiences with Isaac service techs have been very positive! Today my service tech was Chris - he was very professional and after review of my furnace, it’s age and condition, he pointed out the advantages of continuing my Gold Star coverage. - which I did renew!

Isaac installed my Rheem furnace in September of 2016. I had the furnace serviced as recommended on 10/30/2018. On 1/21/2019, at -2F, the furnace stopped working. I contacted Isaac, advised I have no heat, and a 2 month old, and a 3 year old in the house and required emergency service. They stated I did not have a "gold seal" membership, so they can be out between 10AM and 1PM on 1/22? ! I repeated myself in the event that they misunderstood. 1) Isaac installed my furnace. 2) Isaac serviced my furnace. 3) is is NOT working. 4) I have small children in the house. Isaac could care less. DO NOT USE THIS PROVIDER if you want any level of care, or a company that will stand behind their work, or product!

The service person was knowledgeable.and provided me with a list of things he checked during the visit and explained the problem

He even found another problem in the making when he noticed that the water pressure was higher then normal and the culprit was the Ballast tank having faikled.

They were on time as scheduled. The service technition looked and spoke very professionally. The service was very thorough and all my laymen questions were answered respecfully.

Isaac is the best! They remind you of the date for service and then on the date of service the technician calls again about a half hour before the appointed time to make sure you are home. The technician automatically puts on "booties" for work in the house. He seeks your input for service and tells you his findings when finished. I've had several different technicians over the years and they all have been knowledgeable and pleasant.

Isaac Heating was prompt to our scheduled appointment for a furnace that I currently did not have under maintenance contract. It is always good to know that I can depend on Isaac Heating & Cooling to get the job done correctly, and on time. Very professional technician as well as knowledgeable about the issues with this furnace. Greatly appreciated by my tenants as well as property owner!

I had a gas leaks repaired, Dale G, did an excellent job! He was very thorough in everything he did, and explained everything to me as he went along. Very satisfied customer!

I had Isaac install two fireplaces with gas logs three years ago. This year the work was extended by a leak in one fireplace and the need for new parts in the other. The Serviceman was excellent. Three trips were necessary, but in the end he made sure everything was just exactly right.
I REALLY appreciate that kind of careful attention.
