First time patient, everything went well. The employees here are very kind and fun to talk to. Nav did my cleaning, she did an amazing job!

Dr Weinstein is a one on one dr. Always makes sure your comfortable and pleased and always available. The staff is great always friendly

I had a major procedure scheduled, front upper tooth extraction with implant, a day before my procedure, I called ISLAND DENTAL, just to confirm everything was set. Months before the procedure I requested anesthesia due to my anxiety. I followed up a few times, two month before procedure. I kept getting the run around, promises that someone would return my call, I never happened. Now fast forward, the day before my surgery, I called to make sure everything was set, NO anesthesiologist was scheduled. I spent the day before back and forth, trying to solve the problem. No on in the Office had any records of an anesthesiologist being on site for my procedure, the call got juggled from on e person to another, everyone I spoke to had a different excuse. After becoming very frustrated and scared, I cancelled the procedure. ISLAND DENTAL DID NOT WANT TO ISSUE A REFUND. I WAS FORCED TO FIND ANOTHER DENTAL OFFICE, MADE A REQUEST FOR MY X-RAY AND SURGICAL STENT, SINCE ISLAND DENTAL WONT REFUND ME, NOTHING, TWO MONTH AND EVERY TIME I CALL, IM TOLD WE MAILED IT,
I WOULD NEVER, EVER USE THIS COMPANY/ DENTAL OFFICE. UNSAFE, UNORGANIZED AND FILLED WITH LIES.
AND THEY DESERVE NO STARS

I came in and saw Nav she is so nice and gentle I will be coming back to see her. I love this place

As a first time patient I was nervous but Dr. Mittle is wonderful and he helped me restore my smile. There was no pain during the procedure and it was a breeze. The entire staff is friendly and helpful, thank you IDA!

Very poorly run the heavy chick who works at reception and is a “biller” gives u horrible attitude and rolls her eyes and claims u owe money when i called my insurance they said cleaning was covered in full so not sure why she demanded payment and refuses to explain shes nasty and i will inform my over 24k following on IG and even tag the office theyre the worst pick anywhere else it only takes one bad review and ur business suffers so owners teach ur employees to be kind and patient btw i dont appreciate u lying to try to get more money and plz stop calling me saying i owe u when my insurance paid already

I've been a patient here for 3 years and it just gets better. Dr. Mittle and Dr. Weinstein took digital impressions and everything fits perfectly. Who would have thought visiting the dentist would be a great experience? Highly recommend!

Dr. Weinstein is going to redue my implant, I will update my review. I was charged 675 to remove a tooth and price given for another procedure was double my regular dentist.

Shine dental is my favorite dentist to go to on Long Island! Came here one Sunday and needed an emergency surgery and they were more than accommodating! I don’t live that close near by but will forever make the trip to this dentist!
