I don’t know how this bank has 5 stars. Good luck trying to call anyone through customer service or using the app if you don’t get locked out and have to reset password or if ur ever able to upload a photo of a check don’t even waste your time. Good luck if you want to pay an extra month towards your car payment none of the staff knows how to do that. Once my trucks paid off I’m never using this bank again good luck trying to get any help.

I needed something notarized but my bank didn't have a notary that day. I walked into the island Federal in Sayville hoping that a notary was available. I was welcomed by friendly faces and a notary in the office was more than happy to help me. The way I was treated and the welcoming attitudes have me thinking about switching banks.

They really have such helpful and friendly people working there! In all of my experience with the different locations, this one is the best, hands down! Keep it up, ladies and gentlemen!

The entire staff at IFCU is incredible, especially Kim Colon, she’s always willing to go out of her way to help in any way she can. She’s the sweetest!

I will travel out of my way just to go to the Sayville Branch. After a puppy damaged my card I had a new one in less than a minute. They are friendly, extremely helpful and will go above and beyond to make you feel like a valued customer. Can’t say enough great things about them!

Amazing is a word that describes the entire staff at the Sayville Branch. Their knowledge of the credit unions products and services and professionalism are unlike anything I have ever experienced at other financial institutions.
