DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Do not book them via Groupon either. They make it extremely hard for you to utilize the voucher. My husband scheduled a 12PM appointment for my mother and I as a Mother’s Day gift and once we arrived a man at the front desk said we don’t have an appointment DESPITE MY HUSBAND SCHEDULING THE APPOINTMENT IN FRONT OF ME. Another couple walked in after us for their appointment at 12PM ironically and he took them. The man told me to get a refund from Groupon and did not offer to reschedule.

I didn't know the policy.in order for you to book another appointment through Groupon you need to wait 3 months I explained to them I did not know the policy and was not aware. And if they would be able to Grant mine purchase they said no and I lost my money

Very relaxing experience. Facility is clean and comfortable. Had a 60 minute foot massage which included 10 minute back and neck and hot stones.

Don't let the mom and pop business look stop you from getting a massage. The service here was nothing short from wonderful! They did a fantastic job. I recommend getting a deep tissue. They did an amazing job and yes I will be visiting again. Definitely recommend this spot if you're looking for a good deep tissue massage!

I went here for a deep tissue massage and it was so good! The staff was polite and courteous and my masseuse did an excellent job. I've been here 3 times already and I already scheduled my next appointment.

This place is nice. Got a couples massage here last week and it was decent. I would say there’s two reasons I won’t be going back. 1. The massage felt like they were checking things off a list, so I didn’t really enjoy it because it felt rushed off to the next section. 2. My husbands massage was disrupted multiple times and we still finished at the same time, she didn’t extend it for the time she stopped. But you get what you pay for, if your looking for something on the cheaper end I would say go for it.

Booked an appointment with Groupon several days in advance at 3: 30. Upon getting there they said they didn’t have availability until 6 which I couldn’t wait for. They refused to give me a refund and instead blamed everything on Groupon and told me to take it up with them. They said I should have called them directly to make the appointment. If you don’t have the capacity to accept clients from 3rd party apps you shouldn’t be on them.

Booked a 90 minute spa with my friend and they require a $10 tip for 60 min massage and $15 tip for a 90min massage. Tipping is always optional but the owner kept on insisting to give $5 more dollars after tipping $10. He was so persistent and I will not return to this place. I wouldn’t want to feel pressured to tip someone

The massage itself was good, I took two stars off due to some of the pratices of the man who I believe is the business owner.

I called two days in advance to make a reservation prior to purchasing the groupon deal and was told by the man on the phone that as long as I paid cash, they would honor the price. When I got there the staff, including the gentleman from the phonecall pretended to act like they didn't know what I was talking about and showed me a service list of the current prices. It wasn't until after I kept pressing about the details of the phonecall that the man said "okay since you know about the cash deal then we will give you that price".

Second thing is - do not believe the rebuttals that are listed here on Google from the owner claiming that they do not request additional tips. He certainly does. After the service I willingly tipped the staff member 20% of the massage price. The staff member said thank you and seemed pleased; however, the owner began to speak to the staff member in another language, and I could tell he was asking how much did I tip, almost like he was suspicious. He then showed me a minimum tip policy based on length of service. I gave the two dollars extra because I figured he probably hasn't been paying his workers adequately outside of tips.

Having to be on my p's and q's about management put a damper on what could have been a truly relaxing experience. Go ahead and patronize if you'd like but don't let anyone try to dupe you on price.

I went to put my head down in the face piece and the odor was horrendous! It was as if someone vomited in the face cradle.
The table was never cleaned. I spoke with the owner and insisted that they clean the table. Disgusting!

I tried to make an appointment. They asked cash or charge. I said Groupon. He then said nothing available. I called from my cell phone how did they call me back on my house number. Never going again. Don’t be on Groupon if you don’t want to take it!

Had my massage done today, i was very happy with the service i received. I cant wait to schedule my next appointments. Highly recommend, great service!

They were super clean. They were all very friendly. I would definitely recommend the place. So relaxing foot spa place. Judy is the best. She always give me an amazing massage. Great pricing, would suggest it to anyone who’s looking to relax. I usually go for the 90 min session and they do a great job getting out all the tightness and knots. Highly recommended.

Front desk lacks professionalism & MANNERS! I'm assuming that he was the owner, after the massage was done for two, I tip my massager (Tom) $20 bucks, for my daughter, I didn't had enough cash and I gave the other massager (lady) for my daughter a $10 tip, immediately he the owner "DEMANDED" A $20 dollar tip, I said excused me I don't have cash, I had to borrowed it from my mom, which is fine, because the massages were excellent. However, that man has some nerves, demanding a $20 dollar tip, extremely out of character. Last time I check a tip is a gratitude and for the price they charge is sufficient. Moreover, his walls inside the room were filthy and disgusting, would never go there AGAIN, I had purchased another Groupon for my mom, but I Immediately traded in for Groupon Bucks, a lot more preferable than going there again! He should have more manners, which obviously he lacks, should take some courses on customer service, should know on how to carry a business, no customer satisfaction!

I’ve been going to this place for a little less then a year. I do my massages with Judy and let me tell you. She is a beast! Soooo damn good! I usually do deep tissue. She has so much strength and massages every little inch of you, plus she really seems like she cares about where you’re in pain or where you need more relaxation. She cracks you up, stretches you out, turn yourself inside out. You leave that place feeling brand new. Seriously!
The whole place is clean and organized. Front desk is always very polite and accommodating with scheduling appointments, also prices are fair and affordable.

Great spot. Definitely relaxing, but I would recommend telling them exactly how you like your massage in advance.

Although my time was cut short y 10 minutes overall the facials were great.my fiancé and I both had 40 minute facials and 30 minute foot massage. Foot massage could’ve been better felt like the therapist was rushing to get home. I would give them another try. If anyone is going to try them bring cash because they charge a ton of tax and expect a big tip.
