My Husband and I decided to get a hot tub, we went to a local store and after being ignored for about 10 mins we were approached and we told the gentleman we were interested in purchasing he then handed us some pamphlets and told us we could find more info online, we left and drove to Islander Pools and Spa, walked in and were immediately greeted and within a minute or two were approached and asked what they could help us with, Ken walked around with us, answers our questions and within an hour we walked our owners of a hot tub, 10 days later it was delivered and set up, they were all wonderful! I highly recommend them! We need to take a water sample in but so far so good! Can’t thank them enough

Kerrie from Islander Pools was fantastic. We called to ask questions about a potential pool and it was like we were right there on site. Kerrie walked us through the process and explained everything in detail. She told us what to expect and has answered questions for us before during and after the purchase. Professional Pool Installers (PPI) was also a great crew for the installation of our pool. Very clean, effective, efficient, and helpful with questions. Rob Whipple especially eased our first time “real pool” owner minds. We could not be more happy with our purchase and would recommend Islander Pools to anyone.

Islander pools is great and what makes Islander pools so great is Ken. Ken went out of his way to make sure we had a new ladder for the weekend. We have family coming to visit and of course our old ladder broke. Ken was so knowledgeable, courteous and went above and beyond to solve our problem. He also made it fun! I can’t thank Ken enough. 10 out of 10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I know neighbors that are looking to have pools installed. You can bet i will be telling them how awesome Ken is at Islander Pools!

After having a very bad experience with another pool company, we went to Islander. We worked with Joe, who was awesome. He was able to get us all set with a pool within the time frame he told us. He was great about communicating with us every step of the way. We regret not going to Islander first, they were excellent!

If you just want to buy a pool at a fair price, then I said go to Islander. But if you’re looking for good or above customer service, I would steer clear. I can’t even count anymore how many times I have tried to call, text my sales person as instructed and emailed the store manager as he told me to, only to get no replies anymore. I was promised things as part of my package that I did not receive. I was never advised that the ladder, and the alarm that came with my package was not part of the install. Now I have to pay even more money after already paying $1100 for installation of my tiny 15’ pool just to have these 2 items taken care of. At least I’m guessing I do as nobody calls me back to answer that question. My sales woman told me she would be connecting me with the electrician to use after three weeks of reaching out to her. I finally got his name and phone number. I left him a voicemail. He never called me back I told her, and she said that he told her I never called him. But she never had him call me herself, so I found an electrician on my own. The only 1 reply I got from the store manager was to come in to the store and he will explain. Well, guess what. I work when they’re open and it’s a 45 minute drive one way, so why can’t he give me an answer to my very basic questions such as why were the other two items not installed and where are the missing items? They’ve got my money and now they’ve disappeared. Be weary.

TYLER installed our sand filter all pipes, valves and connectors and did just a beautiful job. We know who we will ask for if we need more help. Kaylynn was friendly, knowledgeable, and accessible during the entire purchase process and afterwards.

Joe and his staff provided excellent support getting a busted chlorinator back in service. He even saved me the cost of a new chlorinator ($50) by assisting with removing a broken plastic union from the old, but functional, chlorinator. They are great folks to do business with!

So I stopped at islander pools in Ballston spa new York. Asked a older gentleman a question about a part for a skimmer for one of the intex pool. I looked it up and they do sell parts for these pools. This gentleman very rudely told me he would not sell me this part. I thought they were supposed to be helpful. Will not do business with them again

The staff has always been so helpful and knowledgeable every time we go into the store. They are great at explaining everything. Highly recommend them.

The sales team even contacted me when the spa I was interested in went on sale so I knew when the right time to purchase was. My spa was in stock and delivered exactly when scheduled. It also felt good to support my community by shopping local.
