The food, wine, desserts and service was awesome. They gave us lemon shots at the end on the house. I am definitely going back, everything was super tasty.

Wow! Blown away by this place. So we walk in out of a rain / hail storm and are greeted with the hostess comfortingly asking to take our coats and a small towel to dry ourselves off with. With out reservations they were able to sit us. We were greeted by the owner as we sat at our table. The food was better then Michelin rated restaurants I’ve been to. The flavors of everything were perfectly paired together. I haven’t had a meal like this in years. Perfect portions. By the end of the meal the staff made us feel like family. For sure i will be going back. Thank you so much. Check the photos i cant explain how good this was. It needs to be at the top of everyones where to eat next list.

Had an amazing dining experience here! Our waiter was very attentive, and everyone was so friendly. The food was absolutely delicious. My friend has some dietary restrictions, and the kitchen altered the dish he ordered upon his request to meet his needs, which I really appreciate.

Seated on time service was very slow food was good limited menu and waited 40 minutes for coffee and it was not crowded.

I picked up a meal for my little family of three today for Christmas and not only did they not disappoint, but their food absolutely turned my day around! As with many of us, it's been a rather rough year; so I wasn't feeling the warm and festive feels today would typically bring. We had some sliced tomatoes and ham, penne marinara with meatballs, mussels in marinara sauce, chicken franchise, and a nice loaf of Italian bread and every part of it was absolutely delicious! Was actually my first time having mussels ever, as I was always too afraid to try them before. I am disappointed that I am a native Islander and never tried them before today, but will gladly order from them again! Thank you so much for turning my Christmas mood around, Italianissimo!

This is a top-quality and caring Staten Island restaurant.

They provided free meals to many people, including my girlfriend's aunt and her company (they were generous in the variety, cost, and quantity of food they gave, that's for sure!).

When my girlfriend picked up the food, she loved the look and atmosphere of the restaurant and was surprised she didn't know about it before. They provided the following, double trays/loaves of each:

- chicken francaise
- mussels
- penne pasta, with homemade meat balls, in outstanding-tasting fresh marinara sauce
- shaved ham served with LOTS of fresh tomatoes
- 2 loaves of fresh-baked Italian bread

2021 has been a tough year for many people and Italianissimo helped make it so much better for many Staten Islanders. Kindness aside, the food was GREAT!

Lovely setting with good Italian cuisine. Loved their gnocchi! Perfectly prepared and served. So many dishes to choose from.

Dined here last night on a Saturday. Italianissmo exceeded my expectations.

Staff is welcoming and attentive from the moment you step foot inside the door.

We tried the grilled octopus as an appetizer and it was cooked and seasoned to perfection.

I had the veal ossobuco with mushroom risotto and my girlfriend had the chicken franchese. Both dishes were exceptional and delicious.

Great overall atmosphere and dining experience. We are looking forward to coming back.

Their entire menu is delicious! They have a great staff as well. Very attentive and eager to help.

Love this place. Everything is Delicious. I've had both my children's communions there, my dad's retirement party and my daughter's sweet 16 dinner. It's the 1st place I go to when I'm having a celebration. They're so attentive to detail and everything on the menu is delicious ️

4.7 to be fair, nobody is a 5. We went on a very busy Saturday evening, while they had an event going on in the majority of the restaurant. Even with how busy it was, we were seated in less than 10 minutes. The food was authentic and very light. The service was great, very friendly and attentive staff. They even give out a free shot of in house limoncello.

On site parking is a huge deal.

Omg this is a hidden jewel! All this time, these many years I didn't know about this restaurant. The food, I mean every single thing we ordered was so tasty and perfectly made. Whoever the chefs are need to be awarded. I'll definitely add them to one of my favorite restaurants in NYC/on the island.

In all honesty I really don’t think I have been treated this good by any other restaurant ever, they have the most attentive staff I have ever experienced so friendly so helpful and the manager I guess or host Lisa was so accommodating to our needs or maybe she is the owner I’m just not sure but she was wonderful. Everything was delicious from beginning to end the bread the salad the entrées the desserts I really cannot wait to go back to this place I truly would not leave such a long detailed review if it weren’t worth it believe me try this restaurant it is top notch a real class act thank you for showing us such a good night. I myself had the chicken Franchise was cooked to perfection seasoned to perfection and the vegetables were incredible I really can’t say enough about this place but I will and my review now so it is not dragged out LOL

My favorite place to go. The best Italian food on the Island. I had my sweet 16 here and have gone back so many times since then. Never been disappointed. Chef Franco is the best!

Franco is a talented Chef who serves up delicious Italian fare. His specialty seafood and hot appetizer platters are epic and the entrees leave you wanting to come back again and again.

I have been here for many parties and finally decided to go for a dinner since it never disappoints. Amazing food and service. Really enjoyed it and will be going back again soon!

Extremely nice! Due to COVID, it's unfortunate that we weren't able to enjoy their food in house.
Food was awesome for delivery, cause you know sometimes it's not quite the same when eating at the restaurant.

Since the first time I came to Italianissimo Ristorante I knew that this is place I want to return o again and again. I am left NYC last year and cant wait to come back here when things will be safer with the Covid 19. And Italianissimo Ristorante is one of the restaurants I just cant wait to come to.
