In my opinion, speed of response is the most important thing to look for in an IT company; ItCon's team responds immediately to every ticket submitted, from a stupid printer issue to more serious stuff. They are usually resolved by the end of the day.

If something is really urgent for the moment (I mean on the second.) you will usually have the tech at your assistance right then and there with your first phone call.
