Called asking about getting seen for emergency care as I’m having pain on my tooth. The lady on the phone was very rude “we aren’t taking new patients, especially for that”

Dr. Billiot and her staff were all so amazing! My almost 5 year old went in for Laser Revision of her Lip Tie and we were so impressed. Everyone was kind, friendly and patient. They took the time to walk my daughter through each step and truly catered to her needs and personality. The entire experience was easy and pain free! We are so grateful!

I have been going here for a few years for cleanings and check-ups - haven't had any major work done, but Beth (my hygienist) is great! Super personable, gentle, and thorough.

The office does not work with any insurance companies, so you do have to pay up front for the procedure and then send the paperwork to your insurance company yourself. This is a bit of a hassle, but they print the form for you so as long as you remember to submit it, and don't mind waiting a few weeks to get reimbursed, it's not too terrible. I like the staff here enough that I'm willing to deal with the insurance myself to keep seeing Beth.

When I visit Ithaca Dentistry, I always feel welcomed and put at ease by the staff. Treatments and procedures are always presented in a transparent and easy to understand manner. My oral health has improved immensely since receiving tretment at Ithaca Dentistry. Thanks Beth!

I couldn't ask for a better dentist. They are so accommodating. Professional, clean, kind, and courtesy. Everything is explained in great detail and comfort is a top priority. I never want to go anywhere else.

Very nice people and a thorough but gentle cleaning. Have gone to places in the past where my mouth hurt for a couple of days afterwards. That was not the case here. I have struggled to get into a dentist in Ithaca for the past year or so and have heard of lots of other folks having similar frustraitions so I would highly recommend Ithaca Dentistry.

My family has been going to this dental office for several years. Very professional, reasonably priced, trustworthy and caring staff. Our hygienist is a young lady named Beth who is very knowledgeable, personable, and outstanding in her chosen profession. My wife and I both feel blessed to have our dental needs met by Ithaca Dentistry! Highly Recommend!

They got me in right away for a dental emergency when my own dentist could not. Everyone was very friendly and professional. I felt very comfortable and Dr Billiot did a remarkable job with the shot not hurting, and the procedure being smooth and effective. I may be switching dentists.
