Ithaca Farmers Market reviews
17Great market with something for everyone. From hard cider and infused vodka, fresh vegetables and table fair to actual tables.
What a cornucopia of veggies, wine, crafts, happy people milling n chilling, spilling over into the real Steamboat Landing, right on the inlet water. Lake Cayuga glistening in the distance.like a dream, as long as the sun shines of course.
Everything is within a 30 mile radius of the market. Amazing, and a testament to the commitment to local food and economic systems. A model of how a market can be both mission driven while being a destination.
A classic staple. Hot cider. Breakfast burritos. Local produce, meats, plants, crafts. The only bad thing is that everyone loves it so parking is an adventure
Its not a huge market but have a lot of variety. Beautiful farmers market with fresh high quality produce. Prices were bit of the higher side but quality of produce is top notch as well.
We got some honey, soaps and bread. Wanted to get more things but market closed at 3pm.
Parking is ample upfront but it was raining and it got all really muddy.
It was a good Farmer's Market. You can find a little bit of everything. The multi ethnic food was great. The bread lady had foccaia to die for.
Crazy busy and terrible parking, but super fun with amazing sellers and great produce and products. As much an event as a farmers market. Park far away and walk in for best experience (at least on move-in weekend).
The veggie options were really good. The market was busy, the vendors need to create better lines for ordering, can become a little chaotic. Got the pad Thai, it was. Also parking can be scarce at times. The musicians also create a relaxing ambience.
Nice farmers market, but they really need to do something about parking. Also I didn't find it to be as much Farmers market as it was wine and cider tastings and crafts
Great selection of fresh produce, food vendors and other local craftsmen. Beautiful location. We went on a Sunday and there was live music. Especially loved the flower selections and the baked goods!
This Farmers Market has a variety of Vendors. From Crafts to Organic fruits, vegetables, meat and Wine. The food vendors serve up tasty treats from around the world! This place smells really good.
What an amazing place. Its beautiful, at a great location with Great selection of products and great people. You must stop there!
Not as many vendors as there used to be before Covid but it is always a great experience. I love all the fresh veggies. I bought everything I needed to make my homemade hot sauce all at the farmers market. Love this place.
Honestly one of the better farmers markets I've been to. Lunch options are diverse and tasty (particularly recommend the pita and Tibetan cuisine), as are the coffee/tea/cider options.
The wooden building itself gives a nice homey feel.
Only complaints are:
(1) number of booths selling actual produce is a bit small (often had to stop at the Aldi's next door afterwards)
(2) some items (especially garlic) are chronically overpriced, but honestly that's common at every farmers market.
(3) could use a tad more seating out back.
Excited to go back next week!
Friendly, and nice tasting burritos. Would give another star if food handlers and $ takers were different folks. Ew. Touching credit cards and $ and then immediately handling food is a big no no, even without a pandemic.
Such a cool place with awesome diversity and selection of products and artistry Great food, great unique stuff. Totally
Not nearly as many vendors as I was hoping for but I'm local to one of the best farmers markets in the country so I might just be spoiled.
