BEWARE. Says anything to take your money. Unfinished work by Luis. We had a agreement. With promises to retouch work. Almost a year later NOTHING.this is not the first time he's done something like this. People spend there hard earn money for work to look like this horrible unprofessional (Recommend) if he makes promise of redoing work have it on paper contract or something cause he WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY you've been Warned

Luis did a beautiful, thorough job, and the process could not have been smoother. I walked in with a vague concept, he requested some reference images, within a week he had sent me the gorgeous art, and within a month I had received a tattoo (my first!). The whole shop has a great vibe. Highly highly recommend.

Luis is a talented person he showed me his sketchbook with a variety of different styles. He mentioned how it was going to

I have been going to Luis over 3 years now for artwork. His skills are so phenomenal that I continue to travel from NC to add new pieces. If you want exceptional quality work, Luis is the best artist. There is no doubt he is the Master of Ink in Sunset Park.

I found out about Itzocan Tattoos from my coworker. I love the work he had done and he showed me Luis tattoo instagram account. I contacted Luis he asked me what for details of what I want, photo of placement, how big and then he sent me the sketch of how it will look on my wrist. I loved the design but when I went there we decided changed the size, placement and colors so it will fit my wrist perfectly. He explains everything and listens to what u want, shows u how it looks, and gives u more ideas on how to make it better. I told him I haven’t had tattoo done in 20 years so I’m a little nervous. Everything has changed from how they used to do it back then. He started with the lines to make sure I can handle it. It wasn’t painful he has a gentle hand. We changed up the tattoo design again and made 2 butterflies bigger, put the stencil on it looked incredible. He is a perfectionist and will make the tattoo’s perfect for u. I showed him my tattoo from 20 years ago from a different artist it faded badly and he already knows how to fix it I told him he can go bigger and put colors I 100% trust him. I will be going back to get that done in a couple months

Very good with delicate line work and would recommend getting tattooed here Luis, i loved the way my tattoo came out and would definitely come back!
