The granite countertop and window sills are beautiful. The installers were professional and did a nice job.

The owner asked what could be done to get the fourth star, I couldn’t respond there so I’m adding it here. Honestly I would have given 4.5 stars but couldn’t make it work from my phone. The only thing that was frustrating was timing. We have been working with you and had things kind of lined up. It took more time than I would have liked to be contacted to schedule the template (about 5 days) and then it was about 2 weeks for someone to do the template. After that things moved quickly. It may have just been timing and staffing I understand that totally. In the end you all are wonderful, from picking out the stone, to planning it out, payment, communication, professionalism, and the end product (that I can’t stop staring at) was excellent!

On December 7th I gave my non refundable deposit and someone came out to evaluated the job.he said he only had to cut the counter on 2 maybe 3 sides and my range would fit it my stone counter.he told me I would receive a quote later that evening. 2 weeks go by and still nothing, even though they knew that I would be left with no stove for Christmas. Not even an attempt to help. I called and the person who answered the phone said “I see nothing was sent out and I’m sure Victor would not be happy. I will have someone get back to you. I got a return called and that person tried to claim they sent an email on the 8th and I just must not have received it.but when I told her I was already informed that nothing was ever sent out, She said she would have someone contact me for a refund.
Guess what no one contacted me as of today.
I called another local company and they came out the next day and did a beautiful job. To top it off $800 cheaper.
I will definitely think twice before giving a non refundable deposit.

IVO has really great selection of kitchen cabinets. I've checked out dozens of stores and distributors in town and IVO is one of the few that I really liked. Highly recommended!
