I stopped to have my dip powder manicure done and the lady who did my nails completely DESTROYED them. The dip is stuck to my skin, she didn’t clip my cuticles until after she finished my nails which then left marks in the dip. They are so extremely thick and there is tiny black dots in their dip powder that looks like sand. I’m EXTREMELY unhappy. I spent $50 on a manicure for my nails to look worse than when I went in. I’m left with sharp edges all around my cuticles and half of my nails stuck to the skin of my fingers

I came for a gel mani/Pedi and the lady just started trying to peel the gel I already had on my nails off instead of trying to soak them or file it down. It hurt and peeled some of my natural nail off with them, I had to wait for my nails to grow completely out again before I could get them done again.

OVERPRICED! They charged my little sister $65 for a pedicure! The pedicure itself was $25, she asked for Acrylics and they told her for only TWO TOES, it will be $30! And to add the color white, it was an additional $10! Wayyyy too overpriced!

Came here to get my acrylics taken off and a dip powder manicure. I didn't even make it to get the dip manicure. When getting my acrylics taken off, the worker tina just started by cutting off the tips with cuticle cutters, and then preceded to just RIP OFF my entire acrylic nail. She didn't file, drill or even SOAK my nails. Just completely started ripping them off. It hurt so bad and my nails were in excruciating pain. After that, I simply paid, mind you it was $15 to just have my nails ripped off, and I left. I will never be going back here. If I wanted to just have my nails completely ripped off of my nail bed, I could have stayed at home. It was so ridiculous and I couldn't believe a nail salon would do that, knowing how damaging it is to you nails. Absolutely horrible. They have lost a loyal customer.

Did not have an appointment and only had to wait about 15 minutes. While waiting they answered questions I had about acrylic vs gel. Had acrylic nails removed and first set of gel nails. Hanna was very gentle and did a great job even with me tensing and pulling my hand trying to watch. Told her wanted something for the holidays for decoration and am very happy with her work. Definitely will be returning.

TIna and staff are the best and always do a wonderful job. Tina ensures her place is always and all customers leave happy!

Rude! Horrible customer service! I walked in and was asked by Tina at the front table what I wanted! I said full set and are you available to do them. She said “nope” and turned her head and continued to do her clients nails. Didn’t say anything else to me. I’ve been here before so I didn’t expect to get treated the way I did. They lost a customer. I’ll gladly take my money somewhere else.

Tina wouldn't let me make an appointment when I called. Kept telling me just come in. Even after I told her I didn't have time to wait. She refused to make an appointment. Now after waiting 20 minutes I has to leave. She completely ruined my vacation. NEVER go here. It was their 3rd chance. They failed all 3 times

First I got a pedicure for an upcoming black tie event. The following week I got a gel manicure. Both are aweful! Not 1 week later all my polish is peeling off. I will never step foot inside this place again. Ive been getting gel polish for years and this has never happened. Don't waste your money

The owner is cheerful, helpful, professional and knowledgeable. The staff are friendly. They get to know their clients and even have people center approaches with each individual person they assist. They make sure their nails are on point and their customers are happy with what they're paying for.

This is the the worst place with the worst customer service!
This place is very dirty and the workers are extremely rude!

I wish I could give this place no stars because stars are when you get something right not when everything went wrong. I did a gel pedicure and my nail polish chipped the same day. Acrylic nails grew out the same day.

I called to make an appointment and she said I could jsut walk in then I sit for 1 hour waiting 2 lady’s walk in and she takes them before us I said excuse me I was waiting she said they have been a customer for 10 years so they go first and they made an appointment! I was so upset I said excuse I called to make an appointment she didn’t care! DONT GO THERE!

They charged me $85 for a full gel set… the most I’ve had my nails cost with the same things I asked for (coffin shape, ombré) was $65. I should have walked out.
