Excellent attention from the company from the first minute, the driver Mr. Byron was very friendly, the tour was great, the times and places for taking pictures seemed fantastic to me, a very good choice.
An extra star, I loved that they speak my language SPANISH.
We speak English very well, but speaking in our language made me feel at home.

The service was amazing! I rented a limo for my Daughters and their friends for their 8th Grade Prom. They all had a blast. Most importantly the pricing, communication and sense of security with my kids were all 100 on point. Much appreciated

Horrible customer service. Person who responded to requests was rude and irritable. Didn’t understand the request at all. Didn’t use service as a result. Very disappointing.

Edit: sorry for the clarification. I was in a party who tried to rent a limo. They had the bad customer service which led us to not choose J&C.

Great service and efficient communication from beginning to end. J & C Limousine is really informed and go the extra mile at every stage. I would recommend them completely.

These guys are FANTASTIC. We used them 3 different times when in NY - from JFK into the city, and two other days for 6-hours and 4-hours respectively.

During the Christmas holidays, JFK (and the city) is a mess, but they made the airport pick-up super easy - great communication, they're waiting for you right outside, super helpful with bags, and a great ride into the city.

That good experience led me to using them for another day - a 6-hour stretch with stops at Lincoln Center for a show, dinner, a show at Radio City, etc. Jose V.was our driver, and he was absolutely fantastic. He is such a professional, experienced, kind, friendly and lovely guy, and took such good care of us for the entire 6 hours he was with us. He really went out of his way to make sure we got as close as possible to the places we were going (and he was an absolute miracle worker getting us in and out of Radio City with all of the crowds and closures), and he was just so professional and kind to both my fiance and I. We truly appreciated how well he took care of us.

The next day we had dinner plans and wanted to make some other stops, so because we had such a great experience with J&C and Jose, we booked them again instead of trying to taxi it. TOTALLY and ABSOLUTELY worth every penny. I can't express how busy the city was in the week leading up to Christmas, and to have a limo service with such experienced and kind drivers as Jose made the trip that much better. When I booked this next 4-hour stretch, I asked if Jose was available again - and we were so happy to see his smiling face when we walked out of the hotel. Again, he's an awesome guy, so kind, so respectful, and a total pro who really went out of his way to take care of us.

I originally went with J&C because of their great reviews, and I also appreciated how easy their website made it to get quotes for trips. And then to have a real person actually respond to you by email with a quote for the trip within minutes is fantastic. They were also quick and efficient responding to any questions I had.

I have nothing but positive and great things to say about J&C Limo Service, and look forward to using them when I'm back in NY.
