I stopped by the other corner where my insurance was rejected, even after chatting on the phone, inquiring and setting up an appointment.

I then came here, and immediately was greeted by Melanie. She was super cute and super nice. I was treated with respect, and I was so sweaty so she gave me a bounty towel and turned the heat down. I am super happy to have stopped in here, on a whim and they saw me almost immediately. The whole team there is caring, patient, enthusiastic, and they treat customers with utmost respect. I'm not sure who the eye doctor was, but she was also awesome (gotta get her name and give her a shoutout too!). I have lived in Brooklyn for 30 years and would have never thought such kind people could be right under my nose! They reminded me that the last time I stopped by was in 2016.super overdue! I'm more than happy with everything, and they got another loyal customer! I'd give the employees here 10 stars if i could!
