Mine was a pretty large rental property. The work was completed quickly and my tenant noted how professional they were.

Don’t do business with a company who: a.) rips off and manipulates old widowers, b.) lies about the type of paint they’ll use to cut costs and increase their own profit, c.) tells their customers that they’ll return to check on the paint job when they have no intention of doing so, d.) who doesn’t prep before their paint job so that the paint peels within less than one year, and e.) cuts corners by not taking care of the type of exterior housing and what it calls for and instead tells the customer that the condition is not salvageable so we’re just gonna slap a coat of paint on it instead. This is that business. Don’t give them your time or money.

I called J&J for a quote at the request of my insurance company. I had a leaking picture window after the storm on April 16th 2023. The man J&J sent never looked at the window but looked at the roof & said I needed a new roof & it would cost $13,000. He then reached up & tore a piece of wood off the underhang (see picture) which was very wet. He threw that on the ground & now I have to have that fixed. The insurance company sent in engineers, other contractors & the problem with my window is decaying caulk on the outside letting water through the window. If I could give this company a zero I would. They are frauds as they tried to sell me a 13,000 repair & that would not have fixed my leaking window.
