We used J&L for our wedding last month and I'm so glad that we did. Liz is an absolute pleasure to work with and such a genuine person. She was so supportive and helpful with planning, and did a phenomenal job on the bouquets and all the other floral décor we chose. I had a lot of specific requests (special order flowers, hanging crystals, Blessed Mother bouquet etc.) that I wanted incorporated into the ceremony and reception. Liz took care of it all without hesitation. Delivery was right on time, and she even provided us with samples and photos of everything prior to the wedding. I have experience in floriculture and worked in a few florist shops in my younger years, so I tend be very critical. I can say without hesitation that Liz really knows her stuff and provides excellent quality at a fair price. We look forward to using J&L again in the future.

J & L Heavenly Florist did all of the centerpieces, bouquets, and corsages for our wedding and we could not be happier. Liz was extremely thorough in ensuring our vision became a reality and she did an exceptional job. The flowers were gorgeous and healthy and the colors were so vibrant. People could not stop talking about our centerpieces and bouquets! As the bride, mine was beyond my expectation. I would highly recommend J & L to anybody looking for expertise and perfection for their wedding flowers.

I forgot my anniversary and called almost at closing. The florist was nice and had a beautiful flower arrangement delivered in a half hour. They are the best. 5 stars for them.

Ordered from from you flowers and found a beautiful flower arrangement for my mom who just had surgery. Flowers were delivered and I was excited to see pictures of them and boy were they ugly. They were not what I ordered at all. I understand if you don't have a particular flower, it has to be adjusted to something that you do have so okay fine, but call the person who ordered them please if you can. I'm expecting this big beautiful, colorful, happy bouquet of flowers and they were awful. I'm really disappointed in them and the price that I paid. Sucks my mom will have to come home from the hospital to these instead of the beautiful arrangement that was ordered.

Unfortunately there was a problem with a very underwhelming bouquet being sent the first time. The owner called me after I left a bad review and pledged to make it right, which she did. Very happy with the customer service and the beautiful arrangement my friend received the second time.
