Margaret is the best. Gave her a long list of all the houses we wanted to see and she took us to each one. At the end of the day we fell in love with a house she found herself. Quick, easy, closed. No nonsense, no drama. Would highly recommend!

I don’t usually give reviews but I felt the need to do so for Danielle because she went above and beyond to assist with the purchase of our house. She was professional, responsive and honest. We had a few pending items before we could close on our house. We later realized that the owner lived in another state but Danielle personally made sure each of these items were taken care of and provided updates with very thorough follow-ups. The entire process was very smooth and we felt as if she was really working with us as if we were a family friend. She did not have the “take it or leave it” attitude like so many of the other real estate agents in Brooklyn that we had encountered during our search. I would definitely recommend Danielle and Jabour Realty to anyone that is looking to purchase or sell a property.

Please be advised that Danielle Jabour at Jabour Realty has been our apartment rental agent for many years. We own several rental units in the Bay Ridge area and she is the only agent we trust to bring us qualified tenants quickly and efficiently. Danielle has always exhibited the utmost professionalism and and respect towards us and prospective tenants. She has gone out of her way to show available units literally 7 days per week in order to accommodate prospective tenants. We enthusiastically endorse and recommend Danielle to owners and tenants alike.

Note that I take issue with Ms. Darwish’s review. I had advised Danielle earlier today not to show the unit at this point and to remove the listing (to my knowledge it was on Streeteasy, not Zillow) as my daughter may take occupancy. I would let her know my situation as soon as possible. She was simply advising Ms. Darwish of the current status of the unit so as not to waste her time.

Again, we have always found Danielle and the entire Jabour Realty team to be hard working, professional and reliable in every respect. We look forward to continuing our relationship.

Danielle Jabour is a big liar. She is not professional at all. She would give you a word and than change it with lies. I called and made an appointment to go see the apartment and she gave me an appointment. She said she would give me an appointment in two days and than was like “I would give you an appointment at a later time”. She texts me the third day saying to meet her at 12 PM. She takes forever to respond back. At last minute she comes with an excuse saying “I’m sorry i need to cancel the appointment at the landlords request. She has a family member that may take the apartment so wants me to hold off. If something changes I’ll let you know first”. If that was a fact she wouldn’t give me a chance to have me hanging there and be picking and choosing with clients. I know this is a lie because she keeps doing this with every person that is dealing with her in order to get more money to increase her commission. She is very manipulative. She told me all this when the add is still available for rent on Zillow.
I told her I took time off from work because I had an appointment and she said that she would show it to me but I was not going to be able to rent it out and when I asked to speak to the owner she said the owner does not want to talk to you guys.

My experience with Jabour Realty is the worst I ever had.

I was trying to get the apartment i really liked to rent so contacted Danielle Jabour which is unprofessional and crooked she kept me waiting for 5 day telling me something different every time I call which I believe she lies trying to rent the apartment for extra commission.

They were very rude not respectful and Danielle jabour has issues and she is a daddy’s girl.she tells you something and the second day something else which is basically a lie.

There is no other way to say it but Jabour Realty is TOP NOTCH & truly THE BEST! This is a family owned business and this is the type of personalized service you receive here. When my Mom passed away I had never sold real estate before and I was overwhelmed with the process of selling Moms House. Wade & Danielle were superb and made it so easy by walking me through the entire process. As they have been doing this for so long they have a team of people they work with.so if you need companies that help clear out items in houses, inspectors, legal team, they have it all & work with the best of the best. My sister & I are very busy professionals and I live out of state and Danielle and Wade went above & beyond assisting us. When it came to negotations Danielle was with us every step of the way with her expert advice. Jabour are experts in the Bay Ridge, Dyker Heights community and they know the market inside & out. Danielle is a true professional and her response times are amazing and she was an invaluable asset when it came to every step of the process. I could not have done it without her. If you are buying & selling a house in Brooklyn JABOUR REALTY is the way to go. I would never even consider using anyone else & I'm telling everyone I know.

Jabour Realty was a tremendous help in selling my parents home in Bay Ridge. My parents died and I live out of state. Wade and Danielle were recommended as experts in assisting sales when the owner is out of town. I was not disappointed. Jabour Realty provided good marketing information and good ideas for repairs and renovations prior to marketing the house. Wade knows some local vendors for the new work and they were all professional and did a good job. They had excellent research of the local Brooklyn market and we came up with a good sales and marketing strategy. I received an acceptable offer with qualified financing in about 5 weeks.
