Always excellent service and straight forward with customers. Josh will find you the best deal possible for exactly what you are looking for, not the type to try and push something unnecessary on you.

Jack relies on his son Josh to much. We have no respect for Josh. We were there 3 times and decided to purchase a br7060 baler. We finally agreed on a price and shook hands on Thursday. Monday morning we went back down to put money down on the baler. We walked in to Josh's office and he told us he sold the baler. Never again will we go there again. From what we had gathered, someone else was interested in same bale and offered Josh more money. That was a back handed sale. Josh never called us at all. Just sold it out from under us. Never trust that little sob! I refuse to even rate this business. Jack should get another manager!

Horrible Service.
We purchased a new mower from Jack Miller about 5 years ago. It needed some repairs in Aug. '18, called up to see if and when we could bring it in for repairs. JMemployees told us to bring it right in and it would probably take a couple of weeks.
Called in Sept.and was spoken to abruptly, called 2 weeks later, again same thing. Called in Oct.and was told they would call us.
April 2019 still no call!
So, again we make another call. AND we are told. "oh, I guess we should bring it in for repairs. " So, does this mean that for all this time, JMemployees didn't bother to even look at our mower.
Called beginning of May, and was told Monday, then Monday, was told Friday, then Friday was told.and on and on.
FINALLY, May 16th we were able to pick it up!
Our $500 repair ended up being over $1400.
And to add more salt to the wounds, NO JMemployee helped us (which was just our son) load the mower from the back of the yard, where it was blocked by several snowplows. And if JMemployees had put even just a drop of gas in the mower, maybe this would have been an easier task.
When we tried the mower the deck fell off because it wasn’t bolted on correctly.
Then the holdup for parts (which we thought was a new gas tank) ended up just being a botched caulking job.

Did not buy anything there, but my stepdad does.been there a few times, always nice and joking. Jack Miller's son is a good guy, treat u right if u treat them right
