Super helpful with getting me the right size and style of shoe. I had to replace a pair of shoes that I basically ran down to nothing, and they helped with looking up my past purchase with them and getting me a comparable replacement. Really appreciated their service - especially Day, who ran up and down the stairs to the stock room to seek out the last pair in all black. Plus you can give them a test run and bring them back if needed. Some things you shouldn't buy sight unseen online, and that's running shoes. Thanks again for making my shopping experience easy and fast!

Horrible customer service. I went to look for a pair of sneakers the gentleman helping me left me to cater to a white woman, he truly ignored the fact I was there, so make a long story short if you are white they will bow down to your feet if you are Hispanic they will ignore you and act as if you don’t even exist.

It was fine. Salesperson was also ok. Hooked me up with color of shoes I wanted in westside Jack Rabbit. Put what I needed on 48 hr hold.

Great experience sneaker shopping at the store yesterday. Worked with Dante- he could not have been more helpful, knowledgeable, patient, and fun to work with! We each ended up w great shoes and inserts. The store was also super good about COVID rules and monitoring the # of people in the store to stay compliant. All around great experience and big shout out to Dante!

If you're going to pay money to take lessons every week, you would hope that it's with someone cool and this Coach certainly fits the bill. He's awesome to talk to and hang with. He's also incredibly understanding and flexible. He tries to make every class as convenient and tailored to me as possible.

Honestly, you can’t find a better running shop. The staff here is beyond helpful and knowledgeable. Courtney, who helped me out, was full of information, didn’t try to up-sell me. She just sold me the shoe that would work best for my workout habits and physical needs.

The staff is extremely knowledgable. Dante and Andrew were very professional and pleasant. Andrew gave excellent suggestions. Dante was able to explain the difference between the sneakers. These young men were a tag team and made me feel like I was special. Ladies if you have flat feet I suggest going to Jack Rabbit and have these knowledgable young men guide you.

I walked into this location today, met a nice girl (Ariel) who helped me with the type of shoes I was looking for. I was in so much foot pain and suffering from a month or 2 with plantar fasciitis. She had me place my foot on a CurRex foot disc board to get an imprint of my foot to check my arches. From there she told me what insoles would be best for me. She also made me try on the type of shoes that will be best for me and recommend others for the type of arch I have. I left the store smiling. My feet were smiling and I was really happy that I walked into the store today. I highly recommended this location.

I think theres a lot of good running variety but theres so much stuff and alot to choose from. I was unfortunately fitted for a shoe that was way too big for me and had an injury from one of my races.

Amazing store and an amazing experience with Evan. He spent a lot of time fitting me and ended up purchasing a pair of hokas. I can not wait to
run in them.

JackRabbit - 3rd Ave had 2 of the best employees out of almost every store we ever been too! Charlie and Mikey! Kudos to both of these people. They help us with everything I needed and more, they went above and beyond what I was expecting! These two employees made us a customer for life!

Jack Rabbit newer east side location was GREAT! Everyone is super friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. I had a great experience and conversation with Evan and a lovely young lady sorry I didnt ask for her name she was on the sales floor with evan though. I will be back and most definitely be seeing you on the running roads.
