Tom Timmons has prepared my taxes for several years. He’s very professional, knowledgeable and polite. Due to the pandemic, for the first time every, I dropped my forms off, and Tom had the opportunity to input the information into his system in advance. As a result, all I had to do during my appointment was verify info and sign electronically. This processed allowed me to spend less time in person time. Socially distancing was practiced and I felt safe inside of JH’s establishment. Tom continue doing an outstanding job preparing my taxes. I appreciate the advice and information for future references and filing!

Judith Taylor did my taxes. She is wonderful! I noticed that she doubled checked all of her work which is very important to me. Last year, I went to H&R Block and they made many mistakes and I am still waiting for last year's refund! She is friendly and took time to answer any and all questions that I had. She also told me that she is always here for me to help out any time during the year which put me at ease. H&R Block has NOT been helpful with the mistake that the IRS told me that they made. I will be coming back next year to Jackson Hewitt because of Judith!
