I had some vary helpful people using Jackson Hewitt. Thay been vary helpful kind and curticy exspectly the lady that runs the place in lockport office

I really enjoy coming to this Jackson Hewitt. I have been coming and seeing Farhida for years and it is always a great experience.

Jackson Hewitt is a very clean place, the lady's there was very respectful and helpful from start to finish, I will most definitely be coming back this year

Great experience but thought the cost for doing them was high at 216 but very fast and got it done though

I went here and got my taxes reviewed and ended up getting a return back after I thought I wasn’t going to get one! Farideh was so nice and super helpful! She explained everything to me! I definitely will be returning in the future:)

We went their and everyone is super friendly. You can walk in and they will still take care of you. Didn't take us long to get our taxes filed. Everything was explained and any questions was answered.

Great experience! In past years I’ve always done it my self using turbo tax and would only get minimal returns. Maybe like 2,000-2,500. I was talking to a stranger one day (I know it’s a no no) and he told me that he always goes to Jackson Hewitt and got huge returns so it got me thinking. Following tax year I filed with Jackson Hewitt and got nearly 10,000! Since then I always come back they do a great job. Thank you Sharon!

Amazing this company helped me so much throughout 2021 we struggled to get our refund from the i.r. S and they called them weekly for a update and we Finally received our tax money! Thank you so much.highly recommend!

Ive been going to this location for 11 years, they have amazing customer service, they are fast and efficient, and the 2 times I did run into problems with the IRS, their office had it completely handled and taken care of within a day or 2. Highly recommend this office to file your taxes!
