Jackson Hole Burgers, New York NY

When my Dad was living in New York we used to hear about great times after his baseball games at Jackson Hole. He took us to the 64th street location several times and we got to see where he used to hang out and that was great… but the 3rd street location (which was new when I went) was the right amount of old and new that could appeal to today’s customers. Besides nostalgia, the burgers here are great and the pickles, my Mom considers them a must! If you’re trying Jackson Hole, I preferred this location for an updated experience and outdoor seating option. Staff was friendly too and there’s more space to enjoy the food. Go make your own memories!

The food is tasty, the portions are generous, the price is right. My only complaint is that the homemade pickles are half as thick as they were when I first started going to Jackson Hole in the 80s.

I really wanted to love this place but honestly for the price the burger left a lot to desire. Burger lacked flavor and the fries needed more seasoning. Service was nothing special, met the basic take order and bring food. Overall a big disappointment.

Absolutely disgusting! The service is absolutely awful and the atmosphere too. They preput the tip without you knowing and make you pay 20%. The service waiter started arguing with us and started calling us names. DO NOT COME HERE AWFUL!

Attention to to the tip. Restaurant charges 20% automatically if you are more than 5. Found it very offensive. Given the file to my lawyer.

Ordered a cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, onion, jalapenos. Was given a cheeseburger with onion. Was told since the lettuce and tomato were free anyway, I couldn't be given any sort of refund. Guess if you get food to-go here, you have to go through your entire order.

Hard to rate food when it's just a plain cheeseburger with an entire layer of raw onions.

Recommended place to go to eat/bar in New York, very good food, large dishes and wide variety of menu. The starters were good, the burgers even better and just when we thought it couldn't get any better, the desserts rounded off a great meal. Prices adjusted to the standard of living in New York, you leave satisfied. You have a machine on the table to select the music.

I love Jackson Hole. The Soul Grilled Chicken sandwich is incredible as is the Santa Fe. Really great people work here. But keep coming back for the food. Make sure you ask for the pickles.

Was searching for a specific burger experience and the Classic burger exceeded expectations! Juicy, delicious, and filling!

Great; juicy and tasty. Liked a bit more charred without being dry, but best in city. Got the classic. Staff really freindly.

The waiter advised that tip is not included so we asked them to add it to the bill when they took my card. When we returned to the restaurant, we realised that we were scammed and we were charged twice. Really dissapointed
