Great residential building. Management and facilities are top notch. Great yard too for kids and pets.

I'm in my third year at Jackson Park and really happy there. The entire staff is incredibly warm, welcoming, and accomodating. I had friends that lived there two years before me, so I've known Demetrious at the front desk for longer than I've even lived there, and he's always been great

Living at JP for the past few years has been wonderful. The doormen are attentive, kind and considerate-we’ve never had any issues receiving our packages. The building management is also amazing and responsive. Any time we’ve had a minor issue (dish washer leaking, heater not working, etc.) they promptly send a repair tech to assist. I love being a club member and enjoy the facilities. My only piece of feedback for the management is that if the price of the club will continue to rise, I think the amenities should also increase in services to match the price. If anything, the gym is becoming more crowded and the equipment is deappreciating over time (for example, all of the peloton bikes being out of service for an extended period) so I don’t see why the membership cost has continued to rise. Overall, we’ve had a great experience and would love to stay here as long as we are in NYC! JP is definitely home, and I’d highly recommend.

The location is very convenient. The train station is nearby and many supermarkets and restaurants are in a walkable distance. Enjoy living here!

Jackson Park has undergone significant development, featuring a highly contemporary design. However, I'd like to highlight the outstanding building management, characterized by a responsive and proactive approach to maintenance. The common areas are impeccably kept, and the security measures, though unobtrusive, effectively contribute to residents' sense of safety. The property management is efficient, and I value the quick resolution of issues and the emphasis on building a strong sense of community. I'm truly impressed!

It was amazing for the past year I lived here. All the staff members are super nice, and the building itself is wonderful. I specifically want to mention the gym, it is absolutely amazing, you can find all the great machines and all kinds of stuff there. It is my fav place to spend time. Also, there are a tons of supporting facilities around the building. Such as super markets, restaurants and so on. It's just wonderful here.

I’ve always wanted to move to this apartment and did so last year. The areas are always clean and the people who work here have been really nice as well. It’s also very close to the train station and supermarket ext. Very happy with my experience so far.
