Wine Bar Jadis reviews
17Went here for a glass of wine and bruschetta to read and the bruschetta was soggy and not good.
Really nice vibe, well selected wine list and snacks.unique in a good way:) great hang out place.
Drinks are great, HH until 6pm. Food is delicious- our favorite is ceviche. However, best part is the service, we always have the same waiter and he is nice, prompt and knowledgeable!
I love there beer selection and the food was surprising good i had the bacalao, beet goat cheese salad and ceviche. Order extra!
Beautiful spot. Absolutely perfect romantic atmosphere for a date. Brick walls, good music vibe, high quality wine flowing. And, the cheese board was divine.
Came here for the first time on Valentine’s Day weekend, great to be back to indoor dining in NYC. Owner was very generous and kind, service was great and socially distanced. Definitely coming back!
Food is AMAZING, staff are all friendly and attentive, and they have a great wine selection. Favorite spot for me and my friends to go for a quick drink or an evening of decadence. Highly recommend!
Wonderful budget friendly esoteric wine list in a dark refined environment, helpful casual but effective service that gives honest answers. Nice tapa style and small dish (farm to table in a way) approach. If you go in the evenings, bring a date! Nice variety of people and not too loud. A peaceful back room too.
This place is really chill. Excellent pricing, good menu, friendly staff and an atmosphere that you don't have to scream to converse with one and other. If you sick of loud crowded place, give this place a try.
What a charming and slightly hidden wine bar! This is off the beaten path of most LES spots, but definitely worth a visit. Wonderful wine list and delicious bites line the menu of this cozy spot.
Aesthetically appealing space overall with wood finishes, exposed brick, and interesting furniture. There is a nice lounge space for a large group in the back, and the restaurant has nice plates for sharing. Books and games available.
Female bartender was angry I only ordered water and yelled "take your trash with you" when I left and through my napkin at me then locked the door, locking the rest of the customers inside. She was very rude and aggressive. The manager seemed scared of her and the other customers were shocked. Do not go to this place for a casual drink. The atmosphere is uptight and terrible service.
This is one of my go-to cheap wine bars. There are no shocking discoveries in the wine list, but it's more of the old-reliable. The space, despite cramped quarters and less-than-great furniture, somehow manages to be comfortable. The only downside, for me, is that often there is smokiness from toasting bread and it stays with you after you leave.
Not real french. Food wasn’t good. I can prepare better. Beets were dry and hard, tartines not tasty at all
Great vibe in a quiet neighborhood, but the mood and atmosphere was just right for a cozy small dinner. Loved the Alsacienne with bacon and a crisp bite. The wait staff was very up to the task always making sure your glass of water was filled. Definitely will return.
I love this place. It's classy, low-key, the food is delicious, the atmosphere is wonderful for first dates or long term relationship dates, or a night out with a friend. Edit gives the best advice about wine, and is welcoming when we return. The food is truly authentic French cuisine, one of my favorite places in the neighborhood!
