I have brought my kids there for many years until I realized that their billing practice is fraudulent. It was only after a few years that I realized they the front desk lady (presumably the wife) tries to charge a regular office visit when I took my kids for a flu shot. Flu and vaccines are wellness, which is covered at 100%. I reached out to UHC to examine the billing items and found out the practice made up conditions such as "dry skin" as reason for the office visit. I went back to check the billing on all the previous visits with a UHC representative and found out that she consistently did that on all wellness visits that were supposed to be fully covered under insurance. UHC made many attempts to the practice to resolve the billing disputes and left messages but they never called them back. The last draw was when I asked the doctor to provide access to my kids iClinicHealth accounts where they have the medical records but was refused and gave a demeaning statement that there are many medical terminologies in the report.
