Mausam is very professional and friendly. She takes an individual approach to each patient. Efficient. Her therapy does work, effective.
Hours are convenient, they try to accommodate every patient.

Mausam and her team are the best! She is friendly and very helpful in the healing process for my ankle sprain. I was taught the exercises to keep strengthening my ankle at home. I highly recommend her to anyone who needs physical therapy.

My current issue significantly improved during the last month.

These whole company is a physical therapy diner chain. The people are courteous and do a good job helping you with your exercises. However you'll soon realize you're not really being treated as an individual, but more like a customer at a table.

One of the main guys who worked here damaged my back my massaging it too hard. I had specifically asked to get massages from a different guy because he's a lot more gentle. But they, or rather, we were both pragmatic about it since the gentler guy wasn't there. It was both of our mistakes.

If you go here, do not expect terrible service or apathetic physical therapists. But do not expect people to really care much about your progress with pain. This place is run like a business, not a place to help people heal their bodies.

I been to other physical Theropy but this one is the best I love it here they are very caring & they are awesome staff they care about they patients I give it a 10

I finally found what I needed. Understanding of my problems and you know and willing to helping me. After my appointments, I'm really feeling a new person younger and more active.

The receptionist gave me papers to fill out and I was told not to fill in the medical questions, just sign where indicated. I thought maybe the therapist would go over the info. I told her I had limited movement in the shoulder and had trouble dressing. She didn't test the range of motion of the arm. If I was given a better assessment, perhaps the therapist would have realized I should have been receiving occupational therapy and not physical therapy. I got the impression the therapists weren't very invested in therapy. I was not given any exercises to do at home. I felt no benefit from the therapy although by the time I got home, I was in pain. I did call and let the receptionist know.

Visiting JAG-ONE Physical Therapy I feel like in the right place to fix my injury. Everybody is friendly, no pressure, no rush, just relaxing and concentrating on exercise. After a few visits feel much less pain. Thank you!

I came a while back for one physical therapy appointment. The service was okay. I guess, the receptionist was overwhelmed the day I came because she didn't give me any information. The PT was okay, I felt like some of the techniques were outdated. I paid the co-pay at my appointment. I'm not sure why I received an additional bill in the mail after my appointment but I paid the additional bill. Now I keep getting the same bill every month even though I paid for my one appointment twice! I called countless times to the billing department but no one responded to me. I think there are better options in the area.
