It’s very cold inside the bus, we told the driver he didn’t do something, didn’t even want to hear

Took the bus twice want do that again. It's smells. People rubbing up on you the seats are very tight. No leg room. I understand it's cheap. Need Larger busses. I pinched a man the whole trip trying to get him away from me. Horrible -When I say horrible believe it. 10 hour I never slept.

The ride was so ruff I had to wear my seat belt to stop being thrown out of my seat. My back was damaged from the 11 hour ride from New York to Ohio then 11 hours ride back. I am still in extrem pay 3 weeks after. The seat I had was in the back of the bus terrible ride many passagers complaining. The bathroom was like an out house to terrible to use so I suffered till I got off. The seats do not hold your weight and I kept slipping out the seat and I am not that big. Never again! I should have gotten a flight.

First I read other comments. All of them were similar. The bus smells like urine. That is true. However its a 45 dollar ride out of town. You get what you pay for. Their other bus line people can use. But this line is use because of the price. Overall for the price is was okay i just wish they has wifi and clean bathroom. My trip from nyc to the south was fine for 45 dollars.

Man. On January 30,2019 from Columbus, Ohio to New York, New York was an experience. Starting at 1120pm got on the bus a person was already complaining wheres the heat? Instead of pretending (the drivers & employees) to show concern instead ignored. Being that I just got on didn't bother to question that. Now 1 am, 2 am, 3 am, and so on goes by no heat no concern instead of heat was cold air blowing the whole time. I email management about lets see how they delegate this situation. That weather that time was the most time we needed the heat it was 0 degrees. I am not even looking at a refund to compensate for this lost but more from this company caring and valuing their customers.

Return trip from Cincinnati to New York here, the bus fare is pretty cheap and consistent, timing is perfect. The ride was overnight and ok, as I wasn't expecting anything fancy. Minus 1 for the non-functional onboard restroom in one of the 2 buses I took (they remedied this with about 2-3 stops, so passengers could ease themselves), no wifi, and no usb socket (in my return bus).
There is a driver change somewhere in the middle of PA, so don't be alarmed.
Pretty much an average ride, and a way better option in comparison with Greyhound!

The WORST bus /service ever. The bus didn’t even show up. And I was stranded at the bus stop with no one receiving my calls either. It was a ten pm bus and I got there before time but there was no bus and no passengers either. The bus trip was from New York to Cincinnati.
No refund was given and the customer care service is poor as well! Please save your money and don’t take this bus.

I rode on a 9 hour bus ride from Columbus to NYC and back, and can confidently say it was probably one of the most uncomfortable and unpleasant experiences I've ever had. But that memorability (and cheaper pricetag) is exactly what makes it worthwhile. That experience of sticky seats, suffocating air, and scary driver-switch locations is something you definitely won't forget.
