Great experience in the service department dealt with the two service writers Nelson and Jay very professional took my Range Rover to check the brakes. They found out that my car also needed it and updated so they took care of the update, cleaned the brakes and did an oil change. Great Service

I had visited two different other jlr dealership before and had a bad experience but my visit at Manhattan was different service was excellent and the service manager Nelson kept me updated on the situation of my vehicle even before I can call. I was about to switch back to Mercedes Benz but my service at Manhattan jlr dealership change my mind

Went in to pick up a battery. I was ignored by the staff/salesmen. No one askef if I need any help. I waited a bit longer still nothing. They looked at me, but turned their backs and continued talking. Just know I dont need to be well dressed all the time in order to look like I fit in. I own a range rover. Don't judge a book by its cover

While traveling on business, I visited Land Rover Manhattan to view a Certified Range Rover I’d seen advertised online. I was rushed and needed to get back to the airport so they finalized the deal after I left and arranged to deliver it to me in a few days. Without time to haggle, I payed full sticker price and even paid for delivery (5 hour drive). Even though a certified vehicle, the inside wasn’t that clean and there were a few minor scuffs in the clearcoat around the vehicle. The only thing I asked for in the deal was that the vehicle would be fully buffed and detailed before delivery which they assured me would be done since I was surprising my wife with the vehicle. Four days later they delivered the vehicle to my house and to my chagrin, it had not been detailed, was still dusty and dirty inside with old food in the cupholders. The salesman was apologetic and promised that I could get it detailed anytime I’d like if I brought it to the dealership [I live 5 hours away! ] I called the dealership and spoke to Lew the manager who was very apologetic and agreed that a full detail was owed to me. I requested them to arrange a detail at my local Land Rover dealership and he assured me he’d call them. That was two weeks ago now. Since our first call, I’ve left Lew two voice messages and received no responses or return calls. Jesse the salesman was very nice and accommodating and I highly recommend him if you visit. The management.not so much. It’s a nice looking and busy dealership, Just make sure you get everything agreed upon “before” paying for the vehicle.

My Fiancé and I experienced excellent service at Land Rover Jaguar Manhattan with Steven Schneir and James Lanzarone. It everything was completed fast and easy breezy. Steven Schneir explained every spectrum of the vehicles and it's features entirely and effectively. We were very pleased we the service we received and wish to continue with this location lifelong. We are happy with our new baby blue!

Great Service! Jermaine Velasco is the best! I would recommend this dealership to my family and friends. Jermaine is very honest and accommodating. I do not want to leave out Isaac the manager who is also great! Thank you guys.

Jairo Then is the best customer service representative. He always calls you back to update you on the status of your car. His level of service demonstrates that “customers matter”. On a scale of 1-10, I would rate him 10+. He sets a high bar for Customer service

Set up an appt two weeks in advance as lady told me the first available was then. My boss goes to this appt and finds out he is not on the schedule! This is absolutely insane and so unorganized!

Land Rover should be ashamed to have these people and THIS dealership use their name/logo. If you ever want to be stuck without your car because dealership is busy, understaffed, overwhelmed then you should defiantly go here. This is my first and last time having my car serviced at this location. Empty promises, lies, unprofessional. They should be running a small mom&pop shop

WoW! This dealership is amazing. I worked with Jesse. They gave me the best deal on my trade-in and the best deal on my 2019 Range Rover HSE. Service was efficient and straight-forward! The service was amazing! I would HIGHLY recommend calling Jesse for any type of car deal! He is professional, courteous, a straight-shooter, and very polite!

The customer service at Manhattan Landrover was excellent. I’m disappointed however with Landrover’s warranty. Apparently particulate filters for Diesel engines are not covered and if they become clogged the replacement cost is over 5K!
